Everything was perfect!

Excellent experience for me:) Very CLEAN (professionally and regularly) room and entire property! Good example for many hosts. COMFORTABLE room with everithing I needed during my stay.Bed with perfect mattress and many pillows to sleep well and start your day rested. DESK and chair as mini office in my room was good bonus for me, appreciated. PLEASANT decor on hole property. Fully equipped kitchen :) SAFE and quite AREA with plenty of parking very close to Manchester city centre reachable by good public transport in 15 minutes. HONEST rate wich allow you to feel good. RESPONSABLE and POLITE host wich is always available to help and listen. I would definitely STAY AGAIN if I will need accommodation in Manchester

It's private and close to city centre. It's a generally very clean facility.

It's just too cold. Warming is only done for a very limited amount of time. Warm water is not available in the bathroom upstairs. One needs to climb downstairs to have a bath.

The place is really cozy and comfy, very clean and neat, everything is new and well put, A Washing machine with a dryer, a kitchen that is fully equipped and 2 bathrooms, made my stay very easy Salena the owner is very easy to approach and she's been such a nice person to me during my stay. I would definitely stay here again on my future visits to Manchester if the room is available. Felt really lucky to have this room in this beautiful house for such a good price.

The host was very hospitable and lovely, which made my stay enjoyable . The house was lovely, facilities such as the use of a washing machine ,Microwave and cooker made it hassle free. I would definitely recommend this place and would look to stay in the future

TV services keeps crashing, which is more to do with the internet provider than the host.

owner of the property was rude, no clear visitor policy and thus threatened to send someone to kick out my family who came to see me off, based on half truths heresay from other house guests worst experience in my 7years using booking.com and first time I filed a complaint and got my refund and booked somewhere safer with proper customer care thanks to customer service prompt response won’t ever book this place again
