We had a wonderful stay in this place. The apartment is new, very good equiped; has brilliant location nearby the sea and the owner is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place; for sure I will come back.

Everything was great at our stay, central location, perfect for family/couples. We enjoyed every minute, the host was great and communicated very well, I would book again, thank you for having us.

the apartment was dirty, full of food and shampoos from other guests. no curtains at all so the ligth woke us up at 6:00 am

The location was great very central and close (walking distance) to all Santa Monica activities, stores and entertainment. Also very near with easy access to key highways for easy routes and quick trips to many attractions and LA. Also building was quite and well maintained.

The apartment was a bite smaller than the pictures indicated.

If you want to get amongst the hustle and bustle of Santa Monica, you must check this joint out. It's close to all of the shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from Santa Monica pier. Leave the car in the parking lot under the building, you won't need it. The spacious loft apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped modern kitchen and a groovy loft bedroom.

My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
