What a beautiful, well-kept property. The house was even more grand and the views even more stunning then the pictures can portray. It is very close to plenty of great restaurants, walking trails and shopping. The property management company was easy to work with, their response times were quick and their professionalism dealing with an issue prior to our arrival was appreciated. Our entire group is looking forward to returning some day!

The house and location were amazing. The views are incredible. There was plenty of space for our group of 12. Everybody loved the pool. The hiking trails at the end of the driveway were great. The kids thought it was so cool that we could wave to people back at the house from the summit of Sugarloaf.

Sky Dancer is very well located with amazing views. The size of the house is very nice and the furniture was mostly comfortable, with the exception of one non-working reclining seat in the living room. We do wish the lighting was better outside in the hot tub/pool area; even with the dark sky policy there are ways to improve the lighting for outside use at night.
The hot tub was nice but needed lighting and more jets, along with an additional entry step or two. We liked the theater room, but it needs some work - the placement of the devices at the back of the room made for some annoying moments with us having to turn around in our seats and point the remotes at the devices whenever we wanted to change things. The ceiling needs to be fully patched up and the roof should have a better drainage system. The Starlink setup was nice, but it should be hardmounted to the house instead of being on an unsecured tripod.
These are just minor criticisms; the experience overall was great and we would like to come back in the future. The host was very communicative and that helped us get through the week. The views are stunning and worth the "price of admission". The pool is great, as well.

This property is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor area. The theatre room and game room were wonderful bonuses for our family. We had some down time to watch movies and compete in table tennis tournaments.
The suites were very comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen and bar were perfect for our stay and throughly enjoyed.

We had 3 generations vacationing at Sky Dancer. The house had the most spectacular views from every room!
We are a family that loves cooking together. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough room for all of us to be together. The pool was fantastic to lounge by. There was intentional thought that went into every aspect of this house making it the perfect vacation home. There were hiking trails at the end of the driveway! You can hike up to the top of Sugarloaf and have an overview of the house.
They have thought of everything to make sure your vacation is everything you expect it to be!

We had such a fabulous time. My sisters, mother, and I go on an annual trip together. We choose different locations each year. locations that have beautiful scenery, relaxing environment, and clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations. This home met that and then some! My uncle also visited to surprise my mother and we all agreed that it was the perfect place. The vie was breathtaking and us sisters took great hikes with all the great trails. Definitely a favorite and we hope to be back soon!! Thanks for providing such a gorgeous home to be the backdrop of priceless memories. The management was quick to respond and with the welcoming baskets provided with necessities was extremely appreciated. I rent houses often in my travels and this is one of the best... from accommodations to the service provided. Thank you so much from all of us!!!

The house is just as advertised - large enough for any size group, every amenity, private setting with incredible views and privacy to match, and only 10 minute drive from anything you need. totally awe-inspiring house. what a treat to spend a week in the gorgeous sedona redrocks with hiking and biking trails at the end of the driveway. wifi was no strong enough to work remotely which affected the sound system and hot tub did not get hot enough to use in the winter. but still worth it!! electric fireplaces in every room stole the show!

This house looks as good in person as in the pictures! Fantastic property with the best views and great access to hiking trails. Very comfortable. There were a few things that didn't work great like the hot tub and the dryer. The on call support was reasonably accessible but we were only able to get the hot tub hot for one night out of the 4 nights we stayed. The dryer never worked but given how dry it was outside, we were able to dry everything without the machine. Anyway, we would definitely come back!

Loved the property...just a few things stuck out. We felt we were lacking simple amenities such as toilet paper, paper towel, bed pillows and bath towels. We were a group of 9, not the capacity of 12, and ran out of all of the above. For the caliber of house it is, we expected those items to be more plentiful.

The house was amazing! Incredible views, perfectly located in Sedona! There were a few minor maintenance issues that need addressing (spa not heating;foggy windows) but overall a fantastic house for a large group of people. We will be renting this property again!

The property/house is incredible. The views from the home are spectacular however, several windows have lost their seal and need to be replaced. This creates issues when looking at the views through a few foggy windows. The pond area in front of the house has stagnant water in it and is not very appealing. I think the pond either needs to be maintained or drained. Everyone was great

I did not receive email instructions for check in and when I called to get them I was told to look at the email that I had not received. Once I explained I had not received the instructions via email the woman was then very nice and helpful and provided the instructions. That is the only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5.

In consideration of the price of the rental - almost $10K for the week and the complexities of the advanced technologies in the property - light switches, music system, spa etc. it would have been very helpful to have a person provide onsite instruction upon arrival.
The written instructions that were onsite were inadequate and provided frustration for us. In fact, there were a couple of lights that we never figured out how to shut off all week.
FYI, please also note that the internet is virtually unusable even after rebooting and that there are two doors leading to the outside that do not lock that are security risks.
However all that said, the property was still amazing and we enjoyed ourselves despite these challenges.
I offer up this feedback in hopes to enhance the next renter's experience.
