We were dropped directly to our villa and met inside by a lovely staff member who handed over the keys. The Villa was better than I expected (based on previous visits to Bali, where the photos don't always represent the space acurately). Everything in the villa was clean and well built to a high standard. We had everything we could have needed and more.
The villa is close to the beach, which is great, but that is all there really is to do in the area. It comes alive at night and the sunsets are amazing, but if you are looking for shopping and spa's then you need to be prepared to get in a car. Saying that, we had a wonderful driver provided by the villa who took us to do those things.

Villa was spacious, nice pool.
Cleaning and fresh towels were not provided daily.
During cleaning of Villa - Staff was going thru our personnal belongings, some money went missing (600 euros). It was reported to property manager - they didin't bother to do too much about it. We have requested to get Police involved, property was very polite however they didin't arrange for police to come out prior our departure from the property.
Having luxury Villa to rent.. but dishonest work force is not good for this kind of business. Property managment should be responsible and accountable for their employees misconduct.
We had great time until this incovenience occured to us. We experienced false sense of safety by staying at this place.
We have requested managment to provide us written statement of incident because Police didin't came out to property, but managment have rejected our request.

Jaz greeted us upon arrival and kindly explained all features of the villa and other services that were available during our stay. Other staff members were also all very kind, prompt and courteous. Villa was great, clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. Pool was a decent size and clean - kids loved it! Location was excellent, literally just needed to cross the road to go to the beach.
Wifi was available, but reception was very patchy in the upstairs bedroom. It was fine downstairs.
If you're not into seafood, then food options around are somewhat limited. We ended up using food delivery service (Gojek) quite a lot.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit großem Pool innerhalb eines gesicherten Villen-Komplex. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett, man hat einen Trinkwasser-Spender. Es gibt sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine.
200 USD Deposit für evt. Schäden ist nicht zeitgemäß.

Really lovely layout. Even better than the pictures. Also in a good location for the great beach and surrounding restaurants. Staff very responsive and friendly.

Proximity was good around 300m from the beach. Villa was really nice and nice pool.
No Netflix or satellite TV. Some channels had very poor reception. Would of been nice to watch a bit of TV after a big day. Minimum sun exposure outside at the pool due to trees and position of the villa.

The location was not as shown on the pictures. It is not on the beach and there are no chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach. It’s only 100m from the beach - but the marketing needs to be honest about the lack of beachfront at the villa.

Incredible villa!!!!! Beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. It's only a few steps away from the restaurants lined up along the beach. The villa is one of many on the property. I cannot imagine what the others look like. I would come back in a heartbeat.

The apartment was extremely private and well equipped. Loved the set-up, the rooms were gorgeous, the pool and view onto the private pool was very calming. Loved that a local restaurant would deliver food, and that 100m away there is a little stall area with fresh fruit available which is what we ended up having for breakfast during our stay.
The pictures had indicated it was on the beach, and as we booked it quickly after our boat to Gili Air was cancelled and we had to change plans we didn’t read the description carefully. It’s actually about 200m from the beach and in a slightly odd gated community (which does mean it’s very quiet). The area is very ‘dead’ during the day but comes alive at night.

The villa was gorgeous, sparkling clean and the staff was friendly and responsive.
Photos suggest there’s a designated beach area near the property. There is not but there are beach clubs nearby.
Towels were old and there wasn’t quite enough hot water to enjoy the gorgeous tub.

The 2 bedroom villa we got was very spacious and had everything you would expect in a furnished, serviced apartment. Very clean swimming pool as well..
Not a whole lot to say here. Our stay was great. If we were to pick one area for improvement, lighting in the bedrooms can be better. One of the bedrooms had very little lighting..

The villa was very nice the kitchen excellent with very good appliances fridge etc. Staff attentive and helpful
Didn’t like the area dirty beach and streets no close supermarket we had a 2 year old with us so fresh milk, veg& fruit was essential( on second day I did find a street vendor that sold veg, fruit)would be wise to stop over at “Pepito” supermarket to stock up prior to arrival

The villa is nice and modern with good facilities. It offers everything you need and it is very close to Jimbaran beach.
The cash guarantee is somehow awkward for most of the tourists, I believe. I assume the majority of guests come at the premises with good intentions. A guarantee, especially in cash, is not really a sign of warm welcome but as a barrier. The signs of mice presence gave us a strange feeling as it kept me awake all night long to be aware of these creatures.

Cool Villa, located just a few minutes walk from the beach. Great facilities, main house on two levels with master suite, two further self contained bedrooms with full bathrooms by the private pool. Excellent communication with management, they checked in with us every day to see if they could assist.

The villa was big, and had a clean pool with a well equipped kitchen. The villa is close to seafood restaurants by the beach (though the beach itself is not clean, and has stray dogs)
While the villa facilities were good, the overall stay was just passable. The villa is frequented by many creatures (big spiders, lizards, frogs, ant eater, centipede) which made our stay uncomfortable. This is probably because the villa lacks frequent cleaning (It was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. Believe cleaning frequency is once in 3 days). Also the villa staff is available only on WhatsApp (other than at checkin and checkout) and we were pretty much on our own with very little guidance on activities and sight seeing during the stay.

This villa is absolutely stunning. The pictures in the listing didn't even do it justice. The value for money is fantastic.
The architecture and artwork are beautiful. There are thoughtful lights all around (in and around the pool, accent lights on stairs and around the walls, etc.) and all switches are labeled in detail. The bedrooms and bathrooms are top notch. And there are other thoughtful inclusions like washing machine, iron/ironing board, outdoor shower, TV with surround sound, etc.
The location is very nice. The villas are in a small gated community only two minutes' walk from Kedonganan Beach and many seafood restaurants.
The management team is also very communicative and sets up a WhatsApp group with the guests for discussing issues, planning check-out, etc.
There is a sizeable cash damage deposit requested at check-in. This is a bit unlike other places we stayed in Bali, and could be problematic if a guest arrived for check-in without the requisite cash.
Other than that, the only disappointment is that we didn't stay longer!

it was spacious and beautiful, quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Comfy bed.
The shower temperature was difficult to control to the right temperature. A number of insects but probably its surrounded by greeneries. Didnt dare to use the pool cause a monitor lizard just swam in it.

Great outdoor space, great amount of space and layout, breakfast was delicious, convenience of having the massage in the villa was great, pool was awesome
Only 2 pool chairs for 3 people, 2 twin beds when we booked a queen in the 2nd bedroom, a way to seal the openings to the outside, we had a lot of critters in the rooms, deposit to be able to be taken as a hold on a card not in cash
