We were amazed from the moment we walked in. Honest assessment; the neighborhood was much different than expected, BUT then we met some of the neighbors and they were so very nice, it set us at ease. The house was perfect for our two families with perfect separation of rooms (top floor and bottom floor with the main level as the gathering area). This house is close to everything! Even with a busy concert in the area, we never experienced traffic delays or problems getting to anywhere we were going. If considering this area for anywhere near Cincinnati or in Covington, KY, you could not do better for the price or quality of this wonderful three-story home!

Very pleasant stay

The hosts went above and beyond for us, accommodating our every need and replying to us promptly with all communication. The house was perfect for our extended family, including 9 kids. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are well stocked, bedrooms were nice. Yard and triple level deck/patio were great, and there is a lovely view of downtown from the top deck at night. Highly recommend!

The very few things that I needed or questions I had were answered quickly and cheerfully. Even ALL the porch furniture and railings were freshly clean ( not so at the last 2 places I stayed)!!

Family and friends celebrating a UC grad for the weekend and this house had everything we needed to be comfortable. There are so many thoughtful details- too many to name! Plenty of space to sleep and rest in comfy beds not lumpy pull out sofas. Board games and puzzles—-I don’t think we even turned on the TV! Deck space and a great fire pit. The kitchen and open dining and family rooms were perfect for big family meals. All the pans, utensils and appliances we needed and all great quality. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with plenty of parking and easy to get where we needed to go. The home was clean and easy to keep clean. Every single one of our guests thanked us for finding this gem!! Also the hosts were great communicators —thoughtful and respectful with very reasonable rules. They made check in and check out easy.

Perfect house for large/extended families! Our family loved the convenience cleanliness and cuteness of this house! The bed(s) quantity and arrangement were perfect for our large group. We loved the view! It was like being up in the mountains but with a fantastic city view. Also, the kitchen was organized and supplied so strategically for large groups. The owners were very responsive and polite. Would definitely stay at this house again!

Our experience at the VRBO was absolutely awesome. It was myself and my family celebrating 4th of July weekend! The home was so clean and very modern and had all the touches we needed to have a comfortable stay. It was close to Downtown Cincinnati, which also made travel relatively easy as well. I give the home 5 stars.My only complaint was some interactions with the neighbor across the street who made it clear that “our kind was not welcome” and there was also a time he made sure to come outside when my family was leaving to explore and he had his gun very visible on his hip. That was a little uncomfortable for us, but the other neighbors to the right and left made us feel welcome!

This was the cleanest home we have ever rented. It was fully stocked with everything we could ever need. They even had shampoo and body wash in the showers. The location was centrally located for our visit to the Creation Museum And the Ark Encounter. The beds were super comfortable and they were very accommodating when we needed to add a couple extra guests last minute. The upstairs bedroom stays pretty hot, so I recommend a box fan to help. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

It was the perfect location for a mix of relaxation and closeness to Newport on the Levee and downtown Cincinnati! We LOVED all the little pineapples placed throughout the house. It was truly a peaceful pineapple paradise!

This home is gorgeous and looks exactly as pictured! The home was well stocked with linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleaning supplies and dishes! There is nothing that this homeowner didn’t think of! Excellent communication and very accommodating! I would definitely rent again!

Great house that is decorated so nicely and well stocked with everything you need--even shampoo! It is clean and pleasant and our large family had plenty of room and beds which were very comfortable.
