Amazing communication with the owner. He organized us late check in at 22:00, thank you for this! Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was nicely prepared. Location is very nice, close to everything. Matteo was very helpful and gave us map to get around Alghero and told us top tips where to go in Sardinia! we enjoyed our stay! thank you again 🤗

The host was very kind and courteous. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room, big bathroom with window! enough options for breakfast: croissants, cakes, muesli, fresh fruits, drinks, and lavazza coffee.

I had a hard time finding a taxi near the accommodation, the time table for local transport was only available online on the web, and tickets could only be bought online. The beach bus never arrived either.

Excellent host. Close to the city centre!!

The room was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. The person in charge of the B&B was super attentive and helpful at all times. He helped us a lot with everything we needed during the stay. We are very grateful.

Great apartment, only 2-3 minutes to sea. Our host was very nice. She was very helpfull, explained every details, we could count on her in every way, she answered to any our questions like: nice place to eat or where we can rent a scouter or car. I definitely recommend Il Picollo Principe.

Yelled at by staff, derelict surroundings the building itself is in such a bad state it looks like it is a war zone and a cuckroach in the room. Breakfast in a tiny corridor with little respect for COVID measures.

1 - Location is really good, but not super city center, around 10-15 minutes by walk along the seafront with amazing view. For me location is much better than if I'd choose a city center. 2 - Breakfast was included - just a very basic one with good coffee. 3 - We've had a view from a balcony to a next building that is under constructuion, but c'mon, for this value the fact that baclony exists is already a big pros. Balcony was really big. 4 - There is a closest beach to the hotel called "Spiaggia di Las Tronas" - very recommended.

For this value: no cons. ----- just one thing... imo it's time to change at least main hall-door locker as it's stuck sometimes and it was really hard to open it.
