Gorgeous Bar Harbor Property
Diese schöne Maisonette-Wohnung ist neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt und befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Viertel in Bar Harbor. In nur wenigen Gehminuten in die Stadt gelangen Sie zu allen Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Bar Harbor bietet. Sie können auch Ihre Fahrräder mitbringen und Ihr Auto geparkt lassen. Nut Hatch ist eine sehr kurze Radtour zur Duck Brook Road, die Zugang zu den 45 Meilen langen Kutschenstraßen und zahlreichen Wanderwegen im wunderschönen Acadia National Park bietet. Wenn Sie sich lieber zurücklehnen und eine malerische Fahrt unternehmen möchten, können Sie den Island Explorer-Bus nutzen, der kostenlose Fahrten rund um die Insel anbietet. Wenn Sie die Gegend auf eigene Faust erkunden möchten, erreichen Sie die 42 km lange Umgehungsstraße des Parks nach einer kurzen Autofahrt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen TV und ein eigenes Bad. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und teilen sich ein Vollbad. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine eigene Klimaanlage für die seltenen heißen Tage in Bar Harbor. Die erste Etage verfügt auch über eine Klimaanlage und ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, bequemen Stühlen und einem Smart-TV mit Spectrum-Highspeed-Internet und TV-Diensten (WLAN ist im gesamten Haus verfügbar). Die modernisierte Küche verfügt über Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, einen Esstisch für sechs Personen sowie eine Essinsel für zwei Personen. Es gibt ein WC mit einem Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das äußere Achterdeck ist perfekt zum Grillen oder um ein gutes Buch zu genießen. The place was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a Bar Harbor/Acadia vacay. Checkin was easy and the place was super clean. For our group, the only downside was the lack of a yard for outdoor relaxing. We’d definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable, perfect amount of space for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) to explore Acadia and enjoy Bar Harbor. Entrance to the carriage roads by bike literally around the corner without having to go on major roads - perfect for cyclists! Bit of a walk to town but we wanted to be closer to the park. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, kitchen well equipped. We will be back!

This house is walking distance to downtown but the road isn’t ideal for walking. We did it a few times but chose to Uber most of the time because it wasn’t expensive given the short distance to town. Those that are comfortable with driving or using Uber won’t have any issue with this properties location.
The house is SUPER close to Acadia park entrance, which is really nice.
The house was very comfortable. It felt cozy like you were staying in your own home. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need - washer/dryer, spices, cookware, etc.
We had our mini bernedoodle with us and the grass areas around the property were perfect for a little play and bathroom breaks.
The host was quick to respond and accommodating with adjusting check in/out times. If we come back to Bar Harbor, this is where we’ll be staying.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nut Hatch very much. The location is perfect for hiking in Acadia, as well as visits downtown. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the top of Cadillac Mountain from the condo, which worked out perfectly the morning we watched the sunrise. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover the Duck Brook entrance to the carriage roads was within walking distance. In addition to the great location, the property had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable for a group of four adults and two dogs. Bobby was quick to respond to questions and proactive in reaching out prior to our visit. We would be happy to make a return trip to Bar Harbor and stay at the Nut Hatch again.

We wanted a family spot for our daughter's 30th; we are avid hikers and enjoy cooking together and games. We were able to easily do all this here. The property manager was awesome and attentive. Beds were fabulous, well appointed kitchen and handy to the park and downtown. Highly recommend!

This condo was great for us. The location was centrally located to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. We ate at several wonderful restaurants including the Chart Room and Gayln’s. Hiked a few trails at Acadia and took a nature boat cruise of Frenchman’s Bay. The condo was well equipped and beds were comfortable.

This comfortable townhouse was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit firm. Walking distance to Bar Harbor for shopping and dining and a short drive to Acadia National Park. I would recommend it.

The property was very nice and clean. The proximity to the heart of the village was a little far to walk but otherwise the property was private, quiet and a short drive to what we wanted to see. The kitchen was stocked nicely with basics and the bedrooms were comfortable.

Location is fantastic being walking distance to downtown although there are no sidewalks so get there and back is a little dicey. Only 10-15 min away from main attractions in Acadia. House is layed out very well with plenty of space for my family of 4 and dog. House is part of a condo complex tucked away from the main roads. Bobby was responsible s and helpful. We will be back !

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby’s condo! The location is perfect Acadia and Bar Harbor, just a short couple of miles! The condo is clean and comfortable. It has everything (and more) that you’ll need! There are games stored in the family room table that my kids enjoyed while the adults propped up our feet from long hikes at Acadia. Would stay there again!

This place was just perfect for our long weekend stay. The ONLY negative thing I can say about it is that while it's walking distance to the downtown area and to Acadia, it's not really walkable. There's no sidewalk and no street lights on the road leading to property.
The property manager was very communicative and even left a binder with lots of helpful information. The house had EVERYTHING we could have needed and comfortably slept 5 adults, a large dog, and a baby. I expect we'll be booking this property again soon.

Manager was very responsive to smoke alarm low battery signal. Good location for access to Bar Harbor & Acadia NP. Hard to find in dark on my arrival as very few landmarks and sign to complex has a very dim light. Would stay there again.

Nice condo for a family trip to bar harbor. Loved that we could walk into downtown to avoid parking - it's a good walk, but doable. Kitchen had everything we needed and space was clean. Only suggestion would be to add a grill out back. Otherwise was lovely!

Loved this duplex. Everything was neat, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The property feels secluded as it is set back and hidden from the main road, but so convenient to the town and Acadia. Beautiful area, and we would definitely choose this rental again or recommend it to friends.

This was our second time staying at the Nut Hatch and in fact we referred a friend's family who stayed here as well. Perfectly laid out for our family of 4 including 2 teens (and our mini labradoodle!). Fantastic location close to but not right in town - few minutes drive, easy bike ride or ~ 15 min walk to town. Very clean, well-equipped including the kitchen. Property manager extremely responsive and helpful. We love this place!

Quiet location in busy tow
The house is in a quiet spot away from the heavy traffic of Bar Harbor but still close enough to walk, or drive a few minutes into town. The house is also in proximity to entering Acadia National Park at multiple entry points, ranging from ~5-15 minute drives. The bathrooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, all amenities were well appointed. The floors were very dirty, almost as if they had a film on them and walking barefoot in the house resulted in very dirty feet. Parking was very tight. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely book the house again!

Could not ask for more in a VRBO honestly. Has everything you need and Bobby is really responsive and helpful. Makes everything pretty easy - even offered to bring over a high chair for our son, which was awesome! The place is very clean and comfortable. Neighbors are nice. We really enjoyed it. About 20 mins walk to Main St, which was fine for us but also a very short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Autumn Stay in Bar Harbor
Just wrapped up a great week long vacation in Bar Harbor. The townhome was perfect for my wife and I, our two dogs and my wife's parents. It was a great location that allowed us easy access into the park and the carriage road system. We didn't have to even get in the car most days as the location was central to the park and downtown. The townhome had everything we needed with a good useable kitchen and dining area, spacious living room and very comfortable bedroom and bathrooms. Wouldn't hesitate to stay in this location again. Bobby has always been super responsive regardless which property we've stayed at.

A wonderful place for a small group to stay while experiencing the beauty that is Bar Harbor (& Acadia)! The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend away. The location was perfect — just outside the hustle and bustle of town, but minutes from everything. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

Vacation in Bar Harbor
The house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Bar Harbor and visit to Acadia National Park. It was super convenient to get into the town as well as to the park. Due to an initial cancelled flight, we arrived at the house very late in the evening. Our host was beyond helpful in getting everything needed for such a late arrival. I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Great location down the street from downtown and Jordan pond road that leads you right to Acadia. Condo was quiet and clean. We brought our dog and I’m glad we did because most places let dogs in. I would stay here again.
