Erg schoon en netjes. Lekker balkon. Zwembad was een enorm pluspunt. Alles zag er goed en verzorgd uit. Parkeren kon vlakbij en was gratis. Contact voor sleutel ging vlot en makkelijk
De keuken was wat minimalistisch maar we verbleven er maar 1 nachtje. Met een gezin (we hadden 1 slaapkamer en slaapbank in woonkamer) was het voor langere tijd wat te krap geweest, maar voor 1 nacht prima.

This is overrated apartment I’ve ever had stay in. I would rate it 3 stars not 5!!!
The curtains were damaged. The shower wasn’t working. No hand soap in the bathroom. Towels looks too old!!!! No tissue box in the whole apartment!!!! No body mentioned they don’t have elevator so we had to carry our laggage to the third floor!!!! And it’s far from the city.. no iron, no clothes washing machine in the bathroom. And what’s worse no fan in the bathroom!!!!!!

Space was fine, not happy with several things which I would like to make a complaint about
facilities was poor and this was not a 5 star place, unsecure patio door that was never fixed during our stay plus toilet rolls and cleaning not carried out every day we were there.

Villa is overpriced. Photos do not correspond to reality. Repair is needed. the shower does not work well, the rest of the taps too, sockets are falling out of the walls, also all walls are very dirty. In the Morning was no hot water. This was not what I have expected.

The swimming pool was really nice. The room was very spacious and clean,. The person who greeted us was very pleasant and attentive. The room was even bigger than we expected. The parking was quite convenient. To be honest we were really pleasantly surprised by the apartment, which was really very good.
The curtains in the upstairs room did not fully cover the window, which meant that the sun woke up the kids really early. I am not sure why the curtains are not the full width of the window. It seemed like the hosts also lived in the property. That's fine, and we understand, although their presence was a bit loud and intrusive in the pool area. The so-called 'snacks' in the room, seemed in the end to be one biscuit, which was quite oversold...

Pool was lovely, great location for us as was 20 mins from Old Town but close views to the mountains. Staff were incredibly helpful.
The villa is a beautiful building but it’s not 5 star. There are holes knocked in walls and jobs not finished, cots and hoovers in view which I assume belong to the people who live there. With a little TLC it would be perfect. We visited July 23, lots of building work either side of the villa happening that came with an obvious level of noise.

Everything was perfect. Made a last minute reservation and the staff was super helpfull. They also updated it with a double rooms apartment without extra costs.

Presentation at Booking.com as frequent travellers. We are from Zagreb but our flat was under renovation.
We consider the given description is NOT accurate, our stay was not compled due to: 1.Dangerous traffic by the property does not allow easy access. 2.Parking 150m from the villa...and no pedestrian path. 3.Although asked for an easy access for person with difficulties in walking and the host phone confirmation, that appartment has 10-15 steps it was more than 40 steps. 4.No wifi in the room. 5. No heating in the app neither in the bathroom! Our host said the heating season starts in October, althout it was bellow 14C and raining. Conclusion: When we objected all, the host said coldly if you do not like it go out I will pay you back! So we left between 18-19h the same date. Host retained for the whole day althoug we stayed there three hours!

They were very attentive and helpful with all our request and questions. On every request they went above and beyond just simple answers in order to ensure we had everything we needed to get the most out of our vacation.
Although it is common in most rentals and a relatively small inconvenience, it is very annoying to have 2 single size bedding sheets instead of queen size bedding for a queen size bed.

New, modern and very stylish villa. Super comfortable bed and big terrace. Very nice neighborhood. We were completely satisfied and for sure we will come again.
