All was excellent !

It was my second stay, everything was great, owner Mr Adib is very friendly and cooperative. Will definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in New Cairo.

The owner was attentive, and always available to answer any questions or address my concerns. He arranged transportation, the owner was always willing to go the extra mile to help. The apartment was much larger than I expected. Despite initial cleanliness issues, I must commend the apartment owner for his quick response to my concerns.

During my stay, I did notice that the furniture in the apartment was quite old and could use some updating. I found that the kitchen equipment was quite outdated and could use an upgrade. Additionally, the location of the apartment was a bit far from any supermarkets or convenience stores, which made it difficult to get essential supplies. When I first arrived, I noticed that some areas of the apartment were not properly cleaned, which made me feel uncomfortable. However, when I brought these issues to the attention of the apartment owners, they were very responsive and made every effort to rectify the problem.

I was in Cairo for an exam which was held at JW Marriott, it was the nearest spot I could find to it. So about the house, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. It is on 2nd floor of the villa. Stay was really good and comfortable, neighbourhood is really nice and quite. You also get a balcony on the same floor and a terrace above. Then the living are is big with recliner sofas. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely recommend.

The only problem was that we had no key to the entrance of the main gate of the villa, we had to find the security guard to get it opened. But the owner said that he will make copy of that key for the guests in the future, so hopefully it won't be a problem.
