It's a good cabin. Everyone had fun in the game room. Loved sitting on big porches. Great location to restaurants, activities and not far from Gatlinburg.

Could only get one tv to work and that was in a bedroom, not enough pool sticks that are good to use. The beds are not comfortable at all.

The Cabin was very nice and roomie. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful.

Carpet and rugs need cleaning had a little smell. Need more linen for the sofa sleeper and extra pillow cases for the pillows.

Nice Cabin but needs some updating,location was good.

Dirty bathroom floor, only one porch light working, toilets in 2 bathrooms not working properly, tvs not working until my son fixed two of them.Did not see any staff. Could be a very nice place if it was kept up.

The property was cozy and we enjoyed our stay there.

However, the facilities and the stuff are old and they need maintenance and replaced.

games for the family to enjoy. but they were all broken.

every game was broken except pool table and out of 4 pool sticks only 1 was usable. cabin was dirty when we arrived. living room Tv wasn’t working. and the tv remotes were placed all over the house. it was like a aggravating scavenger hunt just to be able to watch tv. I sent 4 messages telling them the issues and asking for help. but I never heard anything. at first I thought maybe I had the wrong number. but the address brought me in the wrong way. my gps was taking me up and over the mountain. so be aware. anyway I sent a message to that same number asking about a different route to go to the cabin and they answered right away. but never responded when I needed help with the cabin.

everything was excellent, game room kept grandkids busy

The hot tub was unlevel a few things with the games that were broken nothing too major and the mattresses on the pull-out couches were broken

Everything was right there near the cabin and it was awesome.

The view, the space, the cabin,...just everything. Except for the fact that most of the games didn't work. Only issue.

Most of the games didn't work. Needed new darts.

Location and like in middle of Jungle

There was Air Hockey table but not working.

The cabin was easier than most to drive to and access. It was clean and offered nice amenities.

We didnt have much options to pick from 2 days before the 4th of July weekend. The cabin was fine except for little things like loose toilet seats, broken pinball machine, and a bed mattress that had a valley in the middle 2 feet deep.

Found a half eaten banana in a bed, had to wear shoes the whole time because our feet and socks were turning black, broken games, 3 TVs didn’t turn on, beer cans on deck....

The place was nice. I liked that it had everything from home. Didn't need to bring anything.

The only negative I would have to say is the drier didn't work so well. I had to dry a load of clothes three times.
