My family loved the whole place, the staffs, more especially the host. Sir Nelson was so gracious and provided us not only a great and clean place with good internet connection (you just have to restart the modem in case it gets "laggy") but also great service. He was attentive, hospitable, and always kept us informed. He also went above and beyond. Worthy experience and would definitely reccommend this place. Thank you for having us.

Limited grab car booking but manageable.

Had a really nice stay at the property. Very nice and clean. Owner is also very accommodating with my inquiries and requests.

everything , from the condo unit to the amenities and the location

it would just have to be the vaccination policy . Which means my aged mother who’s not able to receive the Covid vaccination because of her age , cannot enter the property .

Very Nice apartment. Hot water with great water pressure. Washing machine, Great security outside apartments, close to SM Seaside so very easy to get a taxi or Grab ride. Wfii and television were good.

Already told the host about what I thought the improvements could be to the apartment. Make sure to get the cab or taxi to the basement so you can take the elevator straight up with groceries... if not you have a little walk

I love everything about this property its clean' the amenities are cool the guards and staff are very friendly. The room was complete with appliances.

The wifi is just new so understably the wifi connection is poor. There's.no cable.on the tv so its quite boring when the wifi connection died the netflix died too 😭😭😭
