It was central for me to the golf courses I was assigned to, and it made traveling there much easier. Also when dining the places were close to our location.

Not sure if this counts as a don't like, but the power did go out, and it made it a bit difficult to get back to my floor because I do have neuropathy in both my feet.

The condo was nice. Very spacious . Great location. We used to own a condo at the sameplace for 30 years and had to sell. We enjoy being at Ocean Creek. Its overall a nice place to stay.

Its a shame that Ocean Creek has to use the company Vascasa for their renting and cleaning service. The place was dirty . The kitchen table had not been wiped off. The furniture in the bedroom was dirty. There was hair in 2 of the bathrooms and the mirror in one bathroom had not been cleans. The carpet on the deck had food crumbs all over it. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag available for 5 days. There was a cockroach on the bathroom floor one morning and it was still alive. There was only 1 kitchen towel to use for 5 days and NO dish cloth. I contacted Vascasa the day I checked in and didnt hear back about resolving any issue for the 5 days... Ocena Creek is a nice place to stay but Vascasa is the worst...I will never stay in another place if its rented and cleaned by Vascasa. My family spent alot of money for this short trip.

Rental office was easy to find

Arrived Sunday afternoon - no one at the rental office - we were not sent the lock box code to get the keys fortunately one of the cleaning staff showed up and helped us get our keys Vicasa must have sent us 20 emails - nearly all were unnecessary and the one thing we needed from the was the lock box code - and we did not get that

The location was amazing. Family friendly atmosphere and the beaches weren’t crowded.

Would have been better to have the keys on the property. There was some confusion about a door code and that took about an hour to clear up. The only complaint about the condo was there wasn’t any toilet paper in one of the bathrooms but luckily I had brought some.

There could be more paper towels and beach towels in the room

It is ocean front with a beautiful view! The woman at front gate was so kind and helpful in assisting us.

No outdoor pools were open on property, the outside beach bar and restaurant were under construction. The instructions to get key were confusing. I stayed in the master bedroom yet my friends stayed in the front bedroom and the temperature was significantly warm compared to the master bedroom, they kept asking if the air was on.

Great location, views of the beach, swim passes left for us, clean, quiet, and close to everything!

One bathroom had the shower stuck so it wouldn’t allow for water to come out of the faucet.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Also, great location and the parking was easy.

Price was a little expensive for this time of year.

It was very cozy and the location was great!

There were no smart type of TV’s, the WiFi service was intermittent and leading into the apartment was not a great presentation, the front door was rusty and could have used a nice coat of paint!

Great location near many venues and restaurants.

There were people who did not follow the quiet time between 10pm and 8 am. We would have been ok with outside noise up to midnight. There were people partying inside and outside other rooms up until 3 am on Saturday night. Friday night was very quiet.

The view was amazing waking up to the ocean and palm trees every day

The weather sucked the whole time we were there. It was cold and rainy a majority of the time. And the Covid 19 restrictions had all the activities and restaurants closed. There was hardly anything to do and we could only get a credit and not a refund for this unfortunate situation.
