Didn't like the fact that we couldn't stay till after the 4th ,they were booked up!

The breakfast was delicious. Ms. Pat takes pride in ensuring the guests are happy and that everyone is fed. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We would stay again.
The room was not cleaned during our stay but I assume had I asked for the room to be cleaned they would have done so. In the past they did it but I guess since COVID hotel cleaning policies have changed once your in the room.

Staff was pleasant and some if the amenities was great.
Was expecting to enjoy the indoor pool, but pool was closed, no indication when would open. Really one if the reason I chose this hotel. Also I received a call from front desk in the middle of the night asking if room was occupied. This left an uneasy feeling about my stay.

location worked well for what we wanted
our sink had a horrible odor. from our room, we could hear conversations from all the people smoking at all hours of the night so we did not get a restful sleep

Staff was extremely nice; especially Jerome at the front desk when we checked in and the lady (whose name escapes me) when we checked out!

when we walked into the room , we automatically smelled mildew . The rooms need a thorough cleaning under the beds and vacuumed everywhere . Had a bad headache next day because of the dust and mildew . looked clean but it was Not !

The Fairfield has all the amenities and hot breakfast
They changed their policy to allow pets, and they are on all floors. The hotel tries to mask the stink dog Odor by blowing freshener into vents, but when you get into room, you can smell pet odor. Then all you brought in will smell like dog odor. They did not tell me about the pet policy until after I paid for the reservation. The booking.com site has them as no pet policy. I do not stay at hotels that allow pets on all floors

Location, close to what I needed
It was nice and quiet
I was charged one price on booking and when I got to the hotel I was charged a different price $21 over wasn't please and didn't get an explanation for the over charge

Staff was nice , breakfast was just ok.
1st room smelled like mildew , mold or sewer gas, changed rooms the next day and it had smells but not as bad as the 1st room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location, hotel was close to all restaurants, shopping, and Entertainment venues.
