Our unit was absolutely wonderful!! It was clean and apparently recently refurbished!! Vinyl flooring instead of the usual nasty carpet. We were located close to the parking lot and to pool access. Our unit was in Lodge 1 east unit 2113!! Would want to stay there again!!

Our room only had power in part of it when we arrived at 8pm and it didn't get fixed until 10am. But they gave us complementary breakfast for 2 as a courtesy. Also, there were no instructions for using the TV and we are not familiar with the new ways of viewing TV, i.e., Roku. We spent 2 days trying to figure out how to see something.

I feel the parking fee was overrated and the security deposit also but my family enjoyed themselves so did I.

when it was time for me and my family to check in at the last moment I was informed by front desk receptionist that they didn't take chime cards so I lost out on money didn't get a refund or more.did I get to ztay

Nothing was open lol

It was very peaceful where we was staying at!

In room 2156, the master's bathroom toilet would continue to run constantly after flushing it and the noise was annoying.

The heat and air did not work it was not fixed till the day of our departure the beds were very uncomfortable way too softl

Wall paint peeling off wall, spider webs every where pillows on couch stained just nasty

Cleanliness, some of the faculty was rude, pools were closed majority of the time, hot tub was not open, mentioned having a game room and was not the case, lots of amenities mentioned weren't working / did not have.
