Sea view, close to town.

No freezer and washing machine.

Location excellent, great views. Light and airy, good sized rooms. Host was very helpful when we needed a hairdryer.

No fire evacuation instructions and no fire escape in a third floor apartment. Lift not working, lots of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, or families with young children. Bathroom needs deep clean, new cabinet and hooks for towels. Remove ugly empty dispensers. Only one hand towel provided for four people. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Intercom not working and with only one key we had to run up and downstairs to let others in. Couldn't use bedside lamps as there were no sockets close by.

We liked the property in general, the location was good and it felt clean and homely. The view was excellent. Good value for money and we would recommend for a short stay at the seaside.

The kitchen had a strange smell which put us off of using it at all. Several lights / lamps did not work. The wardrobes need securing to the walls to make them safer around kids. The lift needs to be repaired, lots of stairs with luggage and two kids. Sofa wasn’t very comfy and the furniture overall felt a little flimsy. Floors are slanted which felt strange in the main bedroom.

Good location. Central location for both the Old Town and St.Leonard’s. Great sea view. Right opposite the car park

Lack of kitchen equipment-when you book an apartment it gives you the option to cook at home but facilities were poor Cleanliness needs to be much better in these covid times. The headrest on the armchair and the cushions need a good clean.

TV didn’t work, 2 dining chairs were cracked so you couldn’t sit on them. Would have liked small freezer part on fridge for freezer bags.

Couldn't get a better location, walking distance to the main areas in hastings and over looking the sea which is amazing! Property was perfect for a few nights away, lots of stairs to get to the apartment but was good exercise!

Only thing we could slightly complain about was the sofa wasn't very comfortable but not the end of the world for a few nights stay

The view is amazing,you can hear the sea from the bedroom.Very confi bed. Its right near the centre.

No lift. Some spots in the house could be cleaner,like the sink.Only 2 toilet rolls and 2 big towels.The kitchen could be cleaner too in my opinion.I think its a bit expensive for what it is but we had a lovely time.

The overall decor was very good. The location was great and the apartment was very spacious! The cleaning regime is great and had clearly been given a good going over. You have a beautiful sea view from the apartment. The WiFi is brilliant tbh!

The apartment is a bit worn. The bed in the room nearest to the beach has legs which are almost falling off. The back bedroom is very loud in the earlyish (7am) morning with deliveries. It's ok, but not for the light sleeper! There was no shower-gel provided - a minor detail, but shampoo was left behind.
