El lugar me parece estupendamente ubicado, y el personal es amable.

Cuartos descuidados, sin servicio internet , nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto,no personal en recepción, quien nos recibió fue el vigilante

入住酒店当天就反应房间WIFI不能用，前台服务员表示会查看，但是一天以后还是没有任何改变。第二天晚上因为要工作，所以到前台协调。前台服务员并不在工作岗位，前台空无一人。等了很久一位保安人员来帮我找来了前台，但是前台给我的答复是让我换到其它酒店入住。态度冷淡。后来我说我的同事在一楼，信号还好，她表示可以给你换到一楼，但是没有被褥和毛巾。因要紧急工作，被迫换到1楼入住。酒店整体卫生条件不好，洗澡水忽冷忽热。酒店不配备拖鞋，但是地板非常脏，洗完澡后要穿上厚重的球鞋才能行走。

I like the location of the place

The place was hot and the air felt heavy. My sister and I only received one fan that didn’t solve the situation. The room only had one window that only opened a tiny bit. This situation didn’t allow the air to flow. When I shared that information with the staff, I was told that “I was free to find another hotel”. I went to Mexico City to process a legal document and I needed to be on that area to complete the process. Otherwise; I would have found another hotel as I was told .

i was only there for a night, but it was a comfortable size apartment with a complete gym down the hall.

I flew into Mexico City at 1am, by the time I arrived to the hotel, there was no staff available to check-in. I called and called the phone number of the hotel and nobody picked up. Finally, after 30 min or so, the security guy was able to help me finally get into my room.
