We had a great time on our vacation and the cabin was an important part. It matched the online description very well. There were a couple of issues but they are to be expected with rental cabins, I think. All of the issues are related to maintenance of the property.
1. There was one master bedroom (private bathroom). The TV was broken, we reported it, but it was not fixed during our stay. The mattress in that bedroom was not very comfortable. My had an extra bedroom and we switched to that for our stay, but if our entire party had been able to come it would have been very inconvenient.
2. The cabin was two story, the inner stairway is steep, but that is fine, the only issue is that the rubber strips at the edges of the steps are raised and loose. It could be a tripping hazard. (My wife tripped, but, fortunately, was not hurt).
3. We were at the cabin for 8 days, there were things such as toilet paper, shampoo, etc, but they were only sufficient for a 2-3 day stay. We were surprised by that, but it is not a big deal.
While I have described a few issues, so that the owners will be aware, I would rent this again. Overall, it was a very nice cabin and the entire process of renting, checking in and out was pretty painless.

When checking in the house on Thursday, we found out we had NO water at the house. They turned the water on at 9 pm. Returning to the house on Monday to find out the water was turned off again. At 10 pm, Eighteen people had to pack up their things and leave to another house.

Easy to get to and great place for a large family to spread out. Completely easy check in. Sweet note left by cleaners. Loved it.

Not clean, amenities not working, after hours management would not answer phone and disappointing response from owner, reservation management and VRBO representative.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Just as listed! Unfortunately though, this cabin is owned by a company and not an individual, so if there are any issues, they only answer during office hours. The Wi-Fi wasn't working when we had a large group staying here. The only response we got was "we will put a work order in." This didn't help for out current problem as the service in the area wasn't that great either. Also, there were not enough towels for such a large cabin! The place is absolutely beautiful for a large group. We loved everything except the Wi-Fi issue/ communication, and lack of towels.

Our family is scattered all over the south and this was our first joint trip for fellowship. It was so wonderful to all stay together, and family from Knoxville drove over for the day to be in one place. The cabin was spacious and perfect amenities!! The big kids loved the pool table and air hockey table and little ones loved the theatre set up

We had 15 people from grandkids, parents, & grandparents all together in 1 house. It was very roomy & spacious. Everyone enjoyed the game room & the double dining rooms. The bedding was great & accommodated everyone. We loved having a bathroom for every single bedroom. The resident neighbors were amazing & so helpful. We enjoyed the Dollywood fireworks from our back porch every evening. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for our family reunion. We had a amazing time. There was plenty of space, the gaming space was fun, and we were close to the pigeon forge and was able to have fun things to. I would highly recommend and plan on visiting agsin

We had a great time the living space and dinning room worked incredible for us because we had a large group and there was a ton of room. We also enjoyed separating boys and girls on the two levels.

My family of 20 ranging in age from 11-91 had a great time at this cabin. It was close to where we needed to go and there were lots of things to do. The game room and media room were a big hit with my family. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and have fun. Had some trouble with the kitchen sink draining, and trying to get the basement at a good temperatures while not making it too hot upstairs was an issue. But for the most part, those were our only issue. Would definitely recommend

For our family Christmas reunion of 15, the house was great. We never even left the house between enjoying each other's company and having plenty things to entertain ourselves. Somethings were out dated such as the pool table or most of the bathrooms but all were operational. The ovens and stovetops were tasking to heat to their full potential but worked. Due to weather we did loose power but once call was made they had us back up and running in a couple of hours. We did loose heat but just before checkout. Hot tub and theater was a big hit. House in a great location near Dollywood and close to everything you could need. Would highly recommend to others! Thank you for making our Holiday Trip Awesome!

We had plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was great, especially with two ovens. Great Roo and Dining areas were perfect for a large group. Rec Room and theater room were very nice.
Most of the bedrooms were nice, especially the ones on the main floor. Having six bathrooms was a MUST for our family and they were very nice.
A couple of the bedrooms could have used new mattresses. The Queen Bunks definitely need updating, as they are too wiggly, and squeaky, and need better mattresses.
But all in all, if you need room for a large family gathering, this cabin is perfect.

Our group of ladies had a great time in Pigeon Forge and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and the house was very clean. Some things could be a little updated, but overall the house was great. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The pictures are quite misleading. It's basically a 3 bedroom house with an extended basement. The rooms downstairs have literally no insulation as you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The bunk beds are the cheapest ever made out of like aluminum. They creak loudly with any movements. There was filth on the shower curtains. A glob of hair in one bathtub drain. Wifi/tv doesn't work upstairs. The gas grill wasn't working. There are broken runners between the tile and wood floor. The A/C is only one thermostat upstairs which makes the downstairs about 65 when the upstairs is 73. The pool table has a very old cover which ruins a decent game in terms of competition. Total disaster.

Good accommodations
The place was nice and spacious. We took 15 men and 9 kids, with 10 being the age of the youngest. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed themselves and the property. I only had two gripes, 1) almost all the mattresses seem extremely old and worn out, and 2) after booking and prior to arrival, I sent a message to the management company asking a question that never received a response. However, while at the property, I called the management company twice, once to address a malfunctioning toilet and once to remove the trash, and both times I received a prompt and courteously response. This was my second stay at this property, and both stays were enjoyable.

Love the house layout
This rating is more of a 3.5 - the property was wonderfully laid out. There were 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, which was plenty of room for 14 adults and young adults to spread out and be very comfortable. It wasn’t the most clean property either. We knew that going into it and there is a “critter warning” before you check in as well, but we were not expecting that many dead bugs in each room downstairs. The WiFi didn’t work well at all either, which was a pretty big downer considering we had family members from other countries that were relying on WiFi. Overall, it was very spacious, had a GREAT patio and the reviews were pretty accurate, but we were a little disappointed at the lack of cleanliness.

Shareholders meeting
This vrbo was great for hosting our annual shareholders meeting. There was plenty of space for us to gather for our meeting and also spread out for some break out meetings seperately. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The kitchen made it very easy to prepare meals and the grill was in great working order.

Cozy Cabin perfect for large families
The house was PERFECT for our 5 different families! Plenty of space and activities for everyone! We never had to leave the cabin. I love that each couple had their own bedroom. There was also plenty of spaces for everyone to sit and be comfortable. The host even did an extra garbage pick up for us. The house was surface clean but could really use a deep cleaning. Overall, we all had a blast and I would definitely recommend renting this house!

Better than expected
Great property and location. My only suggestion would be that there me more instructions in the cabin on how to use TV’s, Wi-Fi password, and maybe tourist info. However, whenever we couldn’t find the information we were looking for, a simple phone call to the realty office was all it took. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great Location - Needs a good cleaning
Overall the property was nice and roomy with a great location to all the sites. The downfalls were, floors were dirty (the whole house could use a through cleaning), main freezer in kitchen didn't work, thorny bushes along the side of the main outdoor stairs and we had an issue with millipedes in the lower bathrooms and bedrooms

Don’t remember mentioning setting up turn-down service. Grey refrigerator freezer was not freezing. Lights on back porch out near hot tub and grill area. Not much room to turn around having more than 5 vehicles. Great property overall!

Awesome Stay
The Cabin we rented over exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for a family vacation. We had to calll daily for garbage pickup and they were on time. The only issue we had was the refrigerator went out and we lost some groceries. We called they immediately sent someone out and to check it and it had to be replaced. I would rent this cabin again.

Wonderful Group Experience
Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed this property. The hot tub and fire pit were great. There was even a gas grill, which is not on the advertisement, so this is for those wondering about that. Everything was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, fridge and stove both worked efficiently although the icemaker did not, as others mentioned. The wifi was not strong, but we just used one TV at a time and then it streamed fine! Over all, we thought it was great and would definitely rent it again. The hosts were prompt and responsive as well and the cabin was available right at 4 for check in!

Okay but needs improvement
The house itself was okay, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms however it needs some improvements. The listing says there was tv and WiFi, what it didn’t say was the WiFi signal only works if you are sitting in one spot in the house which was in the basement by the “theater” and there was no cable, if you wanted to watch tv you have to login to your own YouTube tv or Amazon prime. The house needs to be cleaned better, we went through for peace of mind and wiped everything with Lysol wipes and spray and the wipes were filthy. The property manager sent someone to the house twice to look at the WiFi and the first person didn’t couldn’t even get the tv connected to the WiFi because the signal was terrible and then another person showed up while we were gone from the house which was very unsettling that someone was in the house with all of our things there. Overall not that impressed and will not book a house that has a property management company taking care of it. When I’ve rented from actual people they seem to care more about their property and the people renting.

Great family getaway
Spent the week celebrating our mom’s 90th birthday, my brothers 70th and my 67th with my five other siblings and two in laws. Great place and plenty of room.

Pleasant property
Great location, game room and kitchen. Downside it was not very clean, especially during a pandemic. The floors were dirty and sticky. Wish I would have brought a vacuum and swiffer wet jet. The WiFi was intermittent in parts of the home, especially upstairs. We were never able to watch TV in bedrooms or living room. There were multiple lightbulbs burned out in lamps and the flood lights on exterior of house. We also had to trim the thistle bushes that were along the steps to the front door because they were sticking out into the walkway.
