The stay was amazing. Cabin was very cozy and perfect for a quaint weekend getaway. The price was great also with all the amenities including stackable washer/dryer set up, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, keurig, hot tub with lights, plenty of blankets/pillows, etc.

Didn't supply travel size soap or shampoo/conditioner, only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, tvs were a bit of a struggle finding the right remote for each tv but once that was sorted no other issues with tv,

The coffee pot needs to be replaced and the left side of the hot tub doesn't work. The fire pit has a big hole in it and the shower curtain liner is shredded at the top where it hooks

I think it would be best to extend the privacy fence...the view of the neighboring yard wasn't great otherwise No complaints 💜

The cabin was cute and nicely decorated. Plenty of space. The location was great, easy to access and very close to Pigeon Forge. The hot tub was also a nice bonus. Also Pacman machine was fun!

Not the most clean or well stocked. We kept finding these fake eyelashes all over. The bed, the counter, the coffee table, etc. Which made me feel like the property wasn't cleaned very well and the counters weren't wiped down. There also weren't many towels available. I recommend bringing your own supplies (towels, salt, pepper, other cookware, extra blankets etc.) because this place isn't really stocked for a longer stay.

The cabin was nice but we did not know you need a four-wheel drive to get in the driveway very disappointed in the driveway!!!

We rented it mainly for the getaway and the hot tub and Jets did not work very disappointed!!!!!!!

The location was great - close to grocery store, Dollywood, and shopping! It is also a close drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The cabin is very nice inside and the hot tub was wonderful. The mattresses were in good shape for comfortable sleeping.

The property was not completely cleaned when we arrived (the arrival time was supposed to be 4 and we arrived around 4:30). The beds were unmade, towels had not been delivered, and hot tub had not been cleaned. After we called the owners, they sent a cleaning crew out to complete the cleaning. The cabin is dark inside, but we noticed 2 bulbs out in the great room ceiling fan and the light in the game room flickered a lot. The toilet seat was also very loose, but one in our party tightened it as much as is possible without a screwdriver. There also wasn't a stopper for the bathroom sink (one of our party wears contacts and something to cover the drain would have been helpful). There wasn't a Keurig coffee maker (only a drip) and only 1 trash bag was left for the kitchen (for a 4 day stay). Although the mattresses were in good shape, the pillows were very flat and no extras. The cabin was nice, but a few little details would make this place exceptional.
