the beds were uncomfortable and overall its too small to fit 3 people comfortably. Should work better for couples.

Good location between the beach and shops. Small room that had everything you would expect to need. The outside patio space was also nice.

The WiFi would often cut out, making it difficult to watch movies at night.

Older property than pictures depict. White tile floor was not clean. Front gate was near my unit and it is very loud, especially when guests slam it shut during overnight hours.

For my wife & I the location was perfect, close to friends we had come to visit & supermarket across the road. Please ensure the registration form is completed well before air arrival as we had to complete ours in the immigration queue at Miami airport (use of airport wifi) to obtain the access codes for the property before transportation could continue to property.

The management agents LOWKL were excellent & instantly responded to emails. The property was really clean & had everything we needed for our holiday/visit. However the nightly noise from residents in the above apartments was awful (Spring Break) well into the early hours There is no sound insulation between upper & lower floor levels. Perhaps another time of the year may have been a better time to visit.

Basic equipped kitchen, with microwave and hob/oven. All doors/ gate work with a PIN code door lock which makes it a keyless place. The shower was specious and had good hot water and pressure. Little outside place behind the apartment but also in the front garden, to have a drink or meal. Parking right in front of the building is convenient. Very well located to Galleria mall and a quick 10min walk to the beach front. Starbucks/groceries just around the corner. Pricing ok but not a bargain.

The apartment looks better on the photos than in real. Also the photos are a mix of lots of apartments and doesn't show you necessarily the one you will be in. We stayed in a ground floor one. Very simplistic with some need of refurbishment e.g. the ceiling area of the air con. We did see some cockroaches despite there being information about pest control in place. The sofa bed did smell terribly of stinky feet that we didn’t even want to sit on it without putting a sheet on it. Bed mattress too soft for our like. Kitchen only lets you prepare some very basic meals as it is missing quite some tools and crockery. WIFI wasn’t consistent.

GOOD LOCATION....

HAD A KITCHEN BUT COULDN'T USE IT BECAUSE OF ROACHES....COULDN'T CLEAN DISHES BECAUSE THERE WAS NO DISHWASHER . NO FAN IN KITCHEN , 3 LEG CHAIR IN LIVING ROOM , 1 LEG MISSING. BED WAS POSITIONED THAT ONE HAD TO CLIMB OVER OTHER TO GET OUT OF BED.....THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER ROOM TO BE MOVED TO AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND....... THEY LIED AS TO WHAT WAS OFFERED YOU DECIDE ........... I MADE THE WRONG MOVE............

could hear everything the people above us did. don’t know if they were being extra loud but it was very loud.

I have stayed at this property the past and it was great. I rebooked and got a different unit and everything was broken and there were cockroaches everywhere!

the entire unit was bad. Old, broken blinds and cockroaches everywhere!

We had 2 towels for 5 days, Iron was not working, dryer machine was broken,

Super clean,convenient location, very quiet.. Great value as it saved us money to be able to cook and barbecue right there..We would definitely stay again in the future..

The Location is amazing

Code for the door didn’t work The website clearly stated that they were pet friend when time to register the rules say otherwise. They accepted the pup as an exception beCause of their false advertising Couch when turn into bed is the most unconfortable thing No power outlets near the bed. Super annoying to charge. FYI nobody charges with regular USB anymore. It was dirty specially floors, tub and kitchen counter Hosts send to much messages it turns annoying

Everything was close

They only contact you by phone for check-in instructions. If you have issues with your phone communication, you are left out in the street.
