Unser neues Studio befindet sich in der Main Street, Lee, in günstiger Nähe zu allen Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt und zu einem Teil des Garfield House-Komplexes (möbliert und unmöbliert). Diese Einheit ist ein komplettes Studio mit einem Queensize-Bett (Schrankbett), einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad, einer Veranda, einem eigenen Eingang und einem privaten Parkplatz. Darüber hinaus haben die Gäste vollen Zugang zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Garfield House, z. B. Grillen, Terrasse, Waschküche usw. Gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Anwesen und die Einheiten in Garfield sind nur einen Katzensprung von Unterhaltungsstätten wie Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow und einigen großartigen Museen wie dem Clark und Norman Rockwell entfernt. Der Appalachian Trail führt direkt durch Berkshire County und Garfield Properties ist ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt.

A great location for a number of cultural experiences in the Berkshires, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants of the town of Lee. The studio is small, but the murphy bed is incredibly comfortable so it has all the benefits of a hotel room, with the addition of a kitchen and a porch from which to watch the world of Lee go by.

This studio gave us exactly what we needed: Restaurants and shops within walking distance, even the library. As we have family living in the Berkshires we decided not to bother with getting a rental car and that worked out just fine.

This was a perfect studio retreat for me. The host was wonderful and prepared a cozy well-stocked studio in a great location. Everything I needed was close by and the space is near walking trails and shopping. I would return for a stay again without hesitation!

The location of this VRBO was convenient to the events and locations I attended and visited during my first stay in this part of Massachusetts. The studio wasn't fancy, but it had everything I needed. I enjoyed fixing many of my meals in the kitchen and it was convenient not to have to go out for every meal. My sister and brother-in-law visited me at the location and we had fun playing board games several of the nights I was staying there. It is close to the street and there is traffic noise, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to know about that. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was a delightful and comfortable place to stay! It was clean, had lots of natural light, and the bed was super comfortable. We brought our own food, and the kitchen was great for what we needed to do. The location was great for our day trips. The host was wonderful to work with – very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. This property is highly recommended!

Great Place
Great place to stay, especially if you are bringing your dog. Jeff is a gracious host. And you can’t beat the location to downtown Lee and driving distance to Stockbridge.

Lovely Studio; perfect location
It was wonderful to come home to this compact studio with everything you'll need for your stay. I stayed at the studio because I had day passes to Kripalu and it was a 12 minute drive (if that) to the place. I got to know the area more than I had which was also wonderful. I called the owner as well as his other contact somewhat late because I couldn't figure out the Murphy bed and they both called me back (I lack common sense so I had figured it out by then). Both very kind. Thank you!

Lovely location and pretty studio
This studio was just perfect for me along with my well behaved English cocker spaniel. Having had a condo in the Berkshires, I am familiar with the area. I loved the front porch, the cleanliness and convenience to the area. I’d go back in a heartbeat and will!!

The first floor room in which we stayed at the cottage is compact, but includes everything we needed. Modern kitchen appliances, renovated space with a well appointed bathroom, a space-saving murphy bed, reliable wifi connection, access to washers and dryers -- and a TV with channels we like to watch. The owner was responsive to all of our needs.
Located in Lee, the cottage is a great centrally located base from which to see all that that the Berkshires have to offer.
We'd be very pleased to stay in this cottage again on our next trip to Western Massachusetts!

Cozy studio with everything you need
This was a great month-long stay for my husband and me. The property manager was always available and very responsive. It was within walking distance to everything in Lee. The place itself was small but had everything you needed including a full kitchen! The outside porch was perfect for evening dinners and reading. My only issue was with the proximity to the road since there was a lot of traffic noise on this road, including lots of semi's during the day, making it hard to take naps.

Sparkling clean, but a bit noisy
While quite small, this apartment is a fantastic base to explore the Berkshires. The apartment is very clean and well located in downtown Lee, with walking distance to the historic sites and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of noise, however, from the fire department across the street and trucks on US 20 out front.

Great Location, nicely appointed
The owner was very responsive and the studio is very nicely appointed and recently revnovated/brand new. It was a perfect home base for a long weekend of adventures in the Berkshires.
