If you have a truck and want to know if it will fit in the garage the answer is yes! But diagonally. 2015 silverado quad cab no lift. I was worried about parking on the street which was full but it was a great plus for the truck to be in the garage. This house is perfectly located just off the beach and within a block or two of all the hot spots. If you stay in this house there is no need to drive anywhere during your stay because everything is in such short walking distance. The house was nice and clean when we arrived and had no issues during the entire stay.The vacation rental staff are all very friendly and I'm sure would've helped with any issues. Overall great house and weekend experience.

Couple of things to consider. Do you need quiet am's? Close the windows. This was a huge issue for my husband. Because of the beach access there is a lot.of noise from the early surfers, walkers talking right under our window, trash pick up. Second bedroom gets warm at night. Bring a fan if you run warm. Again, loved the location. Loved having a garage. No need to drive to a store. We would stay again.

I called the office and they got back to me Sunday morning saying they would try to get someone to repair it but since it was Sunday no one was available. So another night of all 5 of us having to use one shower. The property management were very apologetic and had a plumber there Monday morning. The location was perfect being a block from downtown and the beach was half a block to the beach. We could see the ocean and pier. It wasn’t noisy even though it’s right on the street. If you’re short bring a step stool for the tall kitchen cabinets. The kitchen is small but well stocked. There’s only a counter with barstools but it worked okay for the 5 of us. The beds we’re comfortable. Having a two car garage was a bonus since parking near the beach and downtown was so convenient. This unit is upstairs which gives you the great view.

OK, truth is, its a great location and very nice inside. The rental company was great to work with. This was our first time using Coastal Vacation rental. I have seen them around Pismo before and decided to try them out. Great to work with. There is probably no other property this close to the beach. Two car garage was nice. I was concerned my Tundra wouldn't fit. It was tight but we made it. Would definitely reserve this again.

The property location was amazing for the price. Needs a couple more upgrades I think but overall wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend the place to friends and family.

This property is in a prime location to shopping, restaurants and beach access. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and had the nice little extras of soaps/conditioner/shampoo. Spa tub was nice extra to relax after a day of being on your feet. Kitchen had plenty of amenities and basics. We didn’t use the TVs or the bbq. We did enjoy the coastal views every morning and evening from the balcony. The stairs are easy to navigate and not steep. Parking in garage was also a plus, we fit our one midsize SUV. Check in/out was an easy process. Place is a gem.

Poor communication with management—only use VRBO for advertising. The rest is convoluted and checkin/check out a nuisance. Kitchen smelled sour so we had to clean sink and counters. Beds are rickety with bedding you would find in your grandmas basement—flat very old pillows, ugly comforter you wouldn’t give to a thrift store. The window to the patio was covered in some oily substance so we only could enjoy the view through all the power lines and screen. Great location, but Motel 6 is right there too. Overpriced and a pain.

This condo is steps away from the beach! It worked out perfect for our family and young son. Everything is within walking distance. It’s a very nice condo, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and great size. We loved the balcony with the ocean view. It looked just like the photos shown, no surprises. We have no complaints. The process from booking to checking out was very simple. We will definitely be renting again!

The tile shelf in the master shower was shattered, there are some wood floor planks coming apart and the bedding is very worn.

There were a few things that could have been nicer, such as a rip in the bottom of the screen door, window in the master that was off, and the patio glass was hard to see through. My daughter cleaned the glass in the patio and we left it better than we left it. I still havent got the 500 deposit back and waiting for that. Over all it was a great vacation rental.

We stayed in Pismo for the week and had a fantastic time. The beach is just steps away and all of downtown Pismo is easy waling distance.

We've stayed here multiple times due to the short walk to the beach, pier, and restaurants and it's great to have a parking space. If you've never been to Pismo, parking is at a premium. Also, love there's no crossing busy streets to get to the beach. Great for the kids.

Overall it was an ok stay. Pismo’s clientele along with its overall condition has declined. The place pretty much matched what you get with the town. As far as cleanliness, the front entrance was covered in sand and no evidence that they even try to clean it, other than that the windows and glass on balcony could be cleaner. As far as the place, it was decent although it appeared that it was designed around leftover cabinetry and building materials from another project. TV’s we’re small and didn’t work in wi-fi.

Stayed here for a family reunion. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for home base. Check in and check out was very easy. Property management was great communicating throughout the process. Only constructive criticism would be that the towels need to be refreshed.

From the living room and balcony I could watch my older kids play while I was at the house with the two littles. This house has tile stairs that would have been hard for my husband if he had gone so it would have been nice to know about them before the trip. I did appreciate that they were outside the locked door so I didn't have to worry about my littles getting hurt on then. If I could change anything about the place I'd put a child lock on the knife drawer or move them to a higher location. The kitchen cabinets where the plates and cups are, are very high. A folding step stool in the house would have been nice. We have an oversized vehicle so we weren't able to park in the garage which meant we had to park around the block after loading and unloading our luggage. It wasn't a huge inconvenience since most things are in walking distance anyways but it would be nice to have the option to park out on the street for longer than 3 hours.

We stayed at this property which has a direct view of the ocean and pier. We were celebrating my father’s birthday and this space was perfect for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. We sat on the small patio every morning and evening. Amenities were very nice and I would come back again.

Reviewer Comments: House was mostly as described, except when new blinds did not arrive in time for the living room/kitchen folded butcher paper was used to cover the windows, effectively blocking the oceanfront views we were paying good money to see. There were flimsy plastic clips that had no chance of containing floor to ceiling fan-folded paper, so after fighting with the tacky, uncontainable, white accordion from **** for about an hour after arrival, we just decided to take them down. Rest of the stay was good...until we checked out. I left my work phone on the kitchen counter. No problem I thought I'll have them ship it to me, heck I'll even pay for shipping, and a $20 fee seemed reasonable. That is until their cleaning lady pocketed my phone for 2 weeks, tried to open it 6 times, and didn't remember she had it, despite my calling 4+ times. I tracked the phone to her house using Google Maps. Only then my phone was returned. I was still charged shipping and the $20 fee. 2 weeks of work without a phone. Unacceptable.

The garage is full of old furniture, the furniture inside the house is EXTREMELY fifthly I had to place blankets to feel comfortable to sit. The bed has a slope in the middle where the mattress is worn out and you end up sleeping in a hole in the middle of the bed not great for 1 person let alone 2. Both inside the house and garage needs to be cleaned .

Reviewer Comments: Rental property was in a great location but main living area is really small. Pictures are kind of misleading. Also the furniture and rugs are filthy. I put sheets on the couch and chair so we could sit down. There were ripped screens and fans that were teetering and making noise all night long which was a problem because there is no a.c. and it was the main cooling mechanism at night. The owners really need to update the furniture it's dated and dirty but we still enjoyed the property location and found a way to make it work for us.
