Mostly we used the bungalow as overflow because the other condos don’t have enough sleeping area for our large group. Other than the bed issues, we have no complaints.

My grandsons 7 and 5 now love so much they look forward to it each year. They refer to the place as "Papa Isaac's Beach House". The house was nice, clean on arrival, proper amount of toileitaries, blankets, sheets, and kitchenwares. The price I believe could be a little less considering how small the property is and the master bedroom, bed seems a bit out dated because soon you lay on one side of the mattress the other side lifts right up, woke up every morning with backaches. I also used the property for 2 months because of travel nursing, if using the property for shorter terms then the mattress will just do you fine. I recommend the property beside of the little hiccups! I haven't had to much interactions with the management but from the few times they were pleasant! Oh yes! Only one parking spot, but does have on street parking for free. Good luck :)

Reviewer Comments: we liked the condos interior quite well and the amenities were perfect for our stay, but the exterior of the property needs a lot of work. We were not happy about the dog poop everywhere and trash all around the grounds, and all trash containers were completely filled outside so we couldn't use onr.We did bring that to the attention of the management company and nothing was done about that during our stay.

Spent some time at the beach Saturday and then headed to the Portuguese celebration in the evening which was a few blocks away. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

Great location - super easy walk to pretty much everything in Pismo. The unit could use a few upgrades in that the bar height chairs are extremely uncomfortable (almost unusable), the futon couch is very worn out, and for heaven's sake please install a better toilet!

We had a great weekend here! Nice , tidy house ,was a great stay overall. Super friendly staff at main office as well.

Pros: -Property manager was easy to communicate with -Place was clean -conveniently located near a nice beach Cons: There were quite a bit of things broken, as other reviewers have commented on. The futon “couch” remains a piece of trash, the outside chairs remain broken, the blinds are broken nearly all over the house and the deadbolt on the front door doesn’t work. There was nowhere really to sit and relax since the “couch” is so awful and there’s no functioning seating outside. Also this area is the more “ghetto” part of PB. We didn’t know that before our stay but after exploring the area, shell beach side is much nicer. And Avila beach is amazing if you can afford a few more bucks. We stayed here with our two kids and for nearly $300/night (after taxes and fees) there are better places in the area. We won’t be back.

The place is very basic. With basic things available. If you plan on cooking, bring your own stuff like salt, pepper and sugar. Only a few packets was available next to the coffee maker. Bathroom was clean. There was one yellow stained rug in the bathroom that was still wet when I got there so I just took in out to dry. We didn't wear shoes inside the place, but the floor was dirty. So check your feet before going to bed. The best part about the property is that it's a five mins walk from the beach. All the shops and restaurants are close by.

Cute place, central location. Only downside was non of the staff at the office were wearing masks.

The front chairs on the porch were broken. I reported the first day. I was expecting the rental company will replace them right away but they did not. The futon was in bad shape. Very uncomfortable to sleep there. Family members ended up sleeping on the floor. :(
