Simple, clean, comfortable place to stay . Wonderfully close to the beach with a nice yard for our dog to run around while we ate our meals at the outside table with an ocean view. If your vehicle is too long it won’t fit in garage and street parking is very competitive.

Location can’t be beat. Has all the basic needs. Will be back!

We had a couple of issues - the porch light was out and we were missing an ironing board, and the staff and handyman were very responsive. It is in a great location that is walkable to all the shops and restaurants near the pier and on Price Street. We loved having a washer and dryer in our unit. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

The small yard was a huge plus both for our dog and for hosing off all the sand after our days on the beach. And so close to the beach!!We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. When we did eat out we were in easy walking distance to lots of great choices. It was surprising to us that the place was stocked more like a hotel than a VRBO. We had to buy soap, shampoo, and toilet paper to cover our weeklong stay. Wasn't that big a deal - just different. The WiFi was really weak. The only way we could ever connect was to sit right outside the bedroom where the router was located. Again, not a deal killer for us since we had no desire to spend time on our computers, but it did make it hard to check in on important matters at home when necessary. In spite of any small issues, we absolutely loved our stay here and it would be our first choice anytime we visit Pismo Beach. I already wish we could go back!

Property was nice and quaint. The only real issue was crossing the street to the beach, but that's not on the home itself. I'm used to staying closer to the boardwalk, but the quiet at night was a really good trade. Would stay again.

The location is superb being a few blocks from the ocean and adjacent to Hwy 1 in Pismo Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, however, if desired, the hustle and bustle of the tourist/resort atmosphere of downtown Pismo Beach is only a 5 block walk. This little home has everything you will need: 2 bedrooms w TV's, fully stocked kitchen, lovely appointed living/dining area, a fenced-in grassy side yard, an inside garage and much much more. This is also close to Hwy 101 allowing numerous day trips to San Luis Obispo, Hearst Castle and all of the surrounding beach towns of the central coast.

I believe it imitates from the crawl space not having proper vapor barriers. Under the kitchen counter was absolutely filthy with stuff growing! I living room furniture was smelly and soiled. The windows were an absolute mess. The garage, being the first impression is a smelly, filthy mess. I spent 8 hours just cleaning one day so the place would be habitable. The smell was lessened but never did go away. The owner needs to remove the metal/wicker rack over the toilet, it is rusted and has not been cleaned in what looks like years. The washer and dryer, while functional are old and extremely noisy.

Pluses: property within walking distance of the show; had a garage and wi-fi access; washer and dryer available for use; kitchen properly equipped for meal prep; property management very friendly, efficient and professional. Although functional, items in house very dated. Reasoning was because it is pet friendly. This house had one bathroom. We are use to two bathrooms and that was tough. Linens could be replaced--pillows were so flat there was no fluff in them so bring your own if you can; old sheets, blankets and bedspreads. The house was clean for our stay. Would we rental this property again? Maybe.

The home has a nice yard, which our dog loved. The home is a bit rustic or basic with some attention needed to furniture and decor. The location is nice. You can see he ocean from the patio and easily walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. (Old West Cinnamon Rolls and Splash Cafe have lines out the door. Their food is worth the wait. Woody's at the pier has a nice beach side view.) There is a lovely area just north with a beautiful bluff walk that leads t a park. Don't miss this view! Also, there are many local hikes. We enjoyed the Bob Jones Trail and Avila Beach as well.

My sis and I needed time to just decompress from our daily routine. Place was clean, games for us to play and most importantly quite. We got to watch fireworks from the living room window too!
