This was a very sketchy place. We checked in to our room but we’re scared because we saw some drug deals going on. We checked out immediately we did not feel safe at all.

Staff rude, lost our reservation. Driver had to wait over 1 1/2 hour to be put into a room.

There was no fan in the bathroom and the carpet was dirty..need to change the floors, when you step out of the shower your feet get instantly dirty when you step on the carpet

Rooms were not cleaned well, mold and something liquid in the refrigerator from our first room. We had a total of three rooms, we stayed three days. The first room was a suite and was okay. The second and third were just regular rooms and were not the greatest. The smell was bad and the air conditioner was not very good. The bed bugs had to be in the second room we had (room 114). We found some kind of bug on the bed and when we squished it there was a streak of blood left behind, indicating that the bed was infested.

Close proximity to a lake for recreational fishing, close proximity to stores for shopping and restaurants for eating. Water was sufficiently hot for showering. Parking was adjacent to the unit entrance door.

The carpeted floor needed shampooed. Barefoot walking is not recommended. The sink had hairline cracks in the porcelain, the bathtub drain was rusty. The ceiling had obvious water stains, and appeared to be dark mold stains. We requested a handicap room and while the rooms are indicated ADA compliant, entry by a wheelchair would not be practical. The bathroom had grab bars for the toilet and shower but it was NOT a walk in shower. A handicap individual would have difficulty getting into the bathtub to utilize the shower. The hot breakfast was a DIY waffle mix and iron. A specified non-smoking room definitely reeked of cigarette smoke from a previous user. An offer was made for a machine to help eradicate the odor but none was provided.

The hotel is fine, nothing special. But just what would you need to spend a night or two max. The bed was very comfortable.

The room is quite small and the bathroom definitely needs some renovation. A Bit pricey in the end

Easy to reach location, clean nice big room. Very friendly staff and secure parking. Overall a very good place at this price.

Did not miss anything and the place exceeded my expectations!

More like "POOR" Quality - front desk was rude not even a hello when I walked in just a "you have a reservation?" Room had a horrible stench of a mix of clorox with cigarette smoke - room was dirty, beds were uncomfortable - what a horrible experience. More like a $20 motel and not an almost $200 - The entire property is filthy looking, sketchy, front desk did not reviewed any info ie: wifi pw or breakfast time or anything - so rude!!! and when I went downstairs to complaint about the stench - her solution was to give me a bottle of Fabreeze which tells me I'm not the first one to complain about the stench in the rooms. - the bed was extremely disgusting, I had to sleep sitting down. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!! is not the first time I have experienced the POOR Quality of these chain.
