When I first viewed the property online it seemed lovely. It seemed like it would suit our needs. However, after checking in and looking behind the curtains I began to see everything wasn’t what it seemed. First, I received a message from the property manager asking how many people were supposed to be staying and if I was expecting anyone to stop by? Keep in mind I was very specific on my reservation. And he was clear on his house rules that he has cameras and would monitor who comes and goes. Before I could respond to the message, he sent another one to say “oh I see it you did say there would be 7 kids”. Then I realized all of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. I messaged him to let him know. We went through some troubleshooting measures. They failed. He said an electrician would have to come out. This was on day 2. But I noticed this issue the night of Day 1. We come back from our outing the evening of Day 2, it’s 77 degrees INSIDE of the house and the air is on. I informed him about the air situation. I told him the air isn’t working and the temperature is steadily climbing. At 10:45p last night, it was 85 degrees in the house. Needless to say it was very uncomfortable. He told me to open the windows . The windows didn’t have screens and all of the windows in the house were sealed shut!!! He asked me was I going to leave a bad review last night. I didn’t respond. He called me this morning and asked me again was I going to leave a bad review. I told him, I’m packing and trying to leave. I was too disgusted and uncomfortable to think about it. He offered to comp me a refund for last night but that’s it.

Loved this property and everything was so convenient. Will be staying here again!
