Great view .very friendly staff

I felt hot .I think there was a fan A bit difficult to go up

The staff was very helpful, accomodating and pleasant, especially Keshar Rashan. Comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms. Amazing view and great breakfast! The location is very near city center.

Even though the location is near city center, the walk up to the hotel from the main road is very steep. You have to take a vehicle up there if you have luggage.

Breakfast was great, the staff was awesome, we loved the rooms and bathroom. Great experience, i would absolutely recommend this place. When we go back to ella we would definitely go there again

I stayed here five days. Living in nature with a caring family was the experience I had. The employees were extra wonderful and attentive. They always prepared meals the way I wanted it and always on time and absolutely delicious. I ate all my meals there and didn't bother eating outside because it was so good. Great sumptuous breakfast to order each morning. The room was spacious, with a beautiful balcony and an amazing view of verdure. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of pillows to make it very cozy. The bed has mosquito nets to keep you from bugs. There were many bugs. I had the doors shut between 5-7 pm and that helped. The bathroom had everything I needed for comfort. The hotel arranged all my tours every day and they were extremely personalized and excellent for a reasonable price.

The water in the shower was tepid and not hot enough each morning. Later during the day it heated up. The entrance to the hotel had several steep hills to walk up and there are three wheelers that for a fee would drive you up. Someone with severe health problems would not be able to climb up. The views are well worth it.

The hotel is really cute and nice.

in front of the hotel there is a pub with a rrally high music till 3am its not possible sleep! it was horrible!

Very friendly place, great service. I like that its not a massive company, just local people trying to make a living. The view from our balcony was fantastic.

The room we booked was basic, but good value for money. There is quite a steep climb to the hotel, but your able to take a tuk, tuk/taxi.

everything is awful! the room is dirty, they even haven throw garbage from previous guests! reception doesn’t work, we couldn’t check out as nobody was there! they leave a phone number on the door but it is switch off! facilities are dirty and damaged!

I booked a car from the hotel, the driver asked for additional 350 LKR for toll roads.

Wonderful little hotel, nice rooms with a balcony and great views of the mountains and the tea plantations. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and the WiFi stable and fast. Thank you very much for the fun and your hospitality!

I have never had such a warm welcome. The service is very good! I checked in late, the restauraunt was closed, but staff kindly cooked sandwiches for me. They helped me with taxi service, they gave me advises about sights. The room was with realy nice view from balcony. Each morning I woke up singing birds. It was realy good.

The staff and facilities were lovely.

Unfortunately there is a night club across the road which is quite loud and a garbage tip that you can smell.

Staff so friendly & super helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Great location, close to town & great cafes, & great walks.

Staff were fantastic went out of their way to help us. Beds firm. Gave us early breakfast box when we were hiking early with a smile. Shower took awhile to warm up but be patient works fine. Bar in area noisy, but complimentary ear plugs work a treat til bar & noise stop round midnight.
