Location was perfect for the event we were attending. The facilities were amazing. Clear communication with the hosts for checking-in and checking-out and other request. Everything we needed was available at the accommodation. Family-friendly neighbourhood.

Great area and ceiling fans made it very comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. Very helpful staff and great communication.

Only one entry/exit. Cleaning missed lots of glass shards - stepped on at least 5 and found about 5 more.

BEWARE, read fine prints! Final cost differs considerably from booking.com to book a batch. We were slapped with an excessive linen usage charge. We couldn't cancel booking as it was non refundable. Very confusing fine line policy and honestly a rip off. Never again.

Excellent location, walking distance to some great cafes/shopping. Comfortable and clean environment. Child friendly. We would stay again.

The only issue was the rubbish disposal. We were provided a glass crate and everything else (compost and recycling was put into rubbish bags). There were recycling bins on the street so not sure why we weren't provided with one of these? Also, the constant promotional messages from Bachcare through Booking.com messaging (despite unsubscribing on email) was also really annoying but this isn't the fault of the owners of the property and the messages stopped once our stay was complete.

Lots, best not to mention it all. Photos of are deceiving, not a true representation. Shower had next to no pressure.
