It was the ideal location, very picturesque and local shoos and restaurants

Although the Appartment was nice it was quite dirty in places big cobwebs in the corners ,on the ceilings behind the bed .

Fantastic. 🙂 Peaceful, quiet, clean. Better than EXCELLENT location. A very well equipped, interestingly a bit "exotic" apartment. Great for us two as a couple with our poodle puppy. Very comfortable and homy. Maybe not ABSOLUTELY perfect, but don't think about what you might not get, but what you DO get. Which is in this case A LOT. 🙂 If we come back to beautiful Mevagissey, and we hope we do, Casa del Mar is what we want and will return to. Thank you so much for the great eight days we had the big pleasure of staying in Casa del Mar in July 2022. 🙂 Someone was complaining about cob webs. There are some – OUTSIDE of the house. As naturally everywhere around there. Nothing inside. Fishing village without cob webs outside? Dream on. If you give a negative review because of that, go to your sterile, boring 5-star hotel with 500 rooms. This is a very cute, beautiful, truly independent HARBOUR HOME with real privacy in a wonderful small, active fishermen's village. We had our kick scooter leaning outside against the wall of Casa del Mar for 7 days. When we left Mevagissey, about 1/4 of the lower part and wheels of the scooter were covered with spider webs. That's how nature works. Just great. 🙂

It had good views but wouldnt take car left in car park

No nets at some of the windows people passing could see in plus wooden floor was sticky had not been cleaned properly also shower cleanliness was to be desired lots of black round edges and the the other complaint there was a sink hole fenced off outside the front door felt unsafe

No parking but people in upstairs accomadation had parking? Bed linen and towels were grubby. not sure if Towels were white ,grey or beige. Corners need cleaning. Was very disappointed with price paid and what apartment . Would not recommend to anyone.

Position in Megavagissey was good. Smart tv was a bonus with Netflix and Amazon. Bedroom was ok.

Hadn't been cleaned properly. Cobwebs under dining table. Freezer section of fridge was iced up therefore couldn't close door. A little shabby Needs updating. Problems with drainage were resolved but in fairness we were compensated for our inconvenience. Neighbours complained about unloading car ..told us to.move it in no uncertain terms. Not a good start to holiday.
