We needed to travel for a medical procedure for our 2 yo. It was so nice to have such a large space and have everything go so smoothly. The location allowed us to be very efficient and have fun. We would definitely recommend this as a rental and would be thrilled to stay here again.

The views from this condo are amazing! Location is in walking distance from everything you need. The condo is very large and roomy and the beds are very comfortable. We did have issues with the dishwasher and washer but nothing you couldn't overcome. The noise from the mall below were loud enough to need earplugs for a light sleeper and the unit could be a tad cleaner but overall it was well worth it. Kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook.

First of all, this building is perfectly located and is within walking distance to everything! The lobby has all amenities you will need. The unit itself is beautiful with amazing views of the beaches and city. We definitely had plenty of room in this very spacious penthouse! Our only issues we had were with the cleanliness of the place. You definitely need a new cleaning service! The sheets in the second bedroom were not clean! We had to change them right away. Next issue, the washer is so off kilter, every time we tried to use it took about three hours because we had to keep moving clothes around to get it level again. You can tell this has been going on a while, the wall is all beat up. The kitchen was a mess. The was sticky and gummy stuff on the stove top. Next the glass coffee carafe was broken and the coffee make was so dirty we ended up buying a new one for the place. We went to use blender to make some cocktails and there was dried up food all over it! We never did figure out how to use dishwasher. Overall, place is beautiful, the kitchen just needs a very deep cleaning!

What an incredible set up, the views were amazing the room itself was outstanding very spacious amazing location exactly in the area we wanted to be Waikiki within a five minute walk access to mini restaurants clubs and shops will definitely be utilizing the space again, thank you so much for your hospitality and Mahalo for the great vibes!

All about that view
We splurged and stayed in this suite as a getting ready room for our wedding day. It's a huge space and was perfect to accommodate for our bridal party getting ready and the groomsmen to hang out. The view of Ala Moana Beach is spectacular, especially at sunset. The suite was well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels and the full bar set was a nice touch. The half restroom toilet was being a little finnicky but other than that, we felt it was worth the cost for our occasion.

We then had to open all the doors of the Penthouse to suck the cooking smoke out of the Penthouse and were afraid that the fire alarm and sprinklers were going to go off.

• No instruction manual with information about the Penthouse....where to take the trash etc!
• I received no information leading up to our stay advising check in procedures etc!!
As you can tell by this email we ARE NOT HAPPY. We paid a lot of money to stay here and we feel we need to be financially compensated for the below standard

The penthouse is exceptional. The master shower was spa-like in design and size. The amenities are enough to make your stay convenient whether you want to cook and dine in or go out on the town. The extra large washer and dryer was super handy and the 5 lanais had amazing views of every side of Waikiki. Sabrina was very quick to answer our reservation request and also handle our last minute change. The location is an the end Waikiki which is a bonus to miss all the traffic in the heart of Waikiki but just a stroll away from the major parts of Waikiki. If you have a family, the nightly fee is totally worth it! If you are celebrating a special occasion, this rental will be impressive. Great stay! Thank you Sabrina for taking care of our vacation plans.

Ala Moana 3307 was fabulous. 5 adults and 1 child stayed there and we were very pleased with the accomodations and of course the location can't be beat for central location in Honolulu out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.
Just a couple of things to mention for future reference. We did run out of toilet paper and could not find any. We would have been happy to buy some if we had known ahead of time but it was our last night there. Perhaps a list of things supplied and where to find them. So guests are aware of what they need to provide. And the couple that stayed in the master said the mattress could be replaced. Some sagging in multiple spots and some stiff backs in the morning.
I have to close with the value of this place is tremendous. A lot of sqaure footage, very comfortable. We never felt cramped or as if we were waiting for out turn in the bathroom.
I will stay again if it is available for my future trips.
