The house is beautiful! We so enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins as a group of CSU alumni.

The overall place is nice but minimal. It has everything you need but just needs to be refreshed. The pots and pans are tired and the walls are very scuffed. The keypad to the front door did not work and the towel bar in the 2nd floor bathroom was broke off the wall. One of the mattresses on the 2nd floor was very tired as well. It would be very nice to have paper towels, kleenex and bar soap as well. I have rented other properties in Foco that were much more well stocked.

We had a family wedding and rented several VRBOs in this area. Great to all be close together. This home was great.

We were in town with friends and the house was great! It is close to lots of restaurants, shops and the beautiful downtown area of Fort Collins. Hosts were great and we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Property was extremely clean and had an amazing open floor plan. Close to everything including walking distance to the breweries near by. Would absolutely stay again. Oh! Hot tub on property rooftop was a huge plus!!!

The layout of the bedrooms and the open kitchen, dining and living space on the main floor worked well for a work retreat. With 4 people coming from out-of-town, everyone had their own bedroom and there was still plenty of space for staff from Northern Colorado to join team meetings during the day.

My 3 sons were visiting us in Fort Collins along with their family/girlfriends and this place was perfect. It was close to us in Old Town, in a nice, safe neighborhood, and has enough room for everyone to spread out. We’ll definitely book again when they come back.

Rental property was very nice, just wish there was a heads up about the hottub being shared and it's hours.

My husband and I along with another couple rented this beautiful home for a long weekend in Fort Collins. It was perfect! So clean and new! The beds were comfortable. The rooftop hot tub is a treat, especially at sunset. Be mindful that this property is in a residential neighborhood with families. (Keep the noise level under control.) The location is a short walking distance (15 min) to downtown FoCo. The owner, Erik, was wonderful to work with: communicative and gracious. We'd love to stay here again!

Everything was as we expected. Great location close to Old Town. There was a little confusion on accessing the door code as the email was sent outside of VRBO, but we figured it out.

Lovely home, brand new and fully updated. Walkable to downtown Fort Collins, but far enough to be quiet. Excellent house for a family.

Great location, potentially great property but at this point is feeling like it's needs some TLC. We had several issues, the good thing was that management was responsive and the handyman was terrific. No mention of rooftop sharing in the listing, so it was available in 2 hour blocks only.

This house is beautiful, very spacious and in a wonderful location, however we didn’t feel very comfortable here and really couldn’t enjoy the rooftop deck. We became very concerned it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived when we discovered the following: 1) in the main living room we discovered an M&M candy on the floor under the couch and when we picked it up it had a hair wrapped around it and we noticed additional dust and dirt on the floor. 2) The first night my brother went to take a shower in the upstairs hallway bathroom and discovered two areas of long hair on the walls of the shower and when he went to wash his face the black washcloth he pulled off the towel rack had hair in it and was dirty. He also found two long hairs behind the sink in this same bathroom. 3) After he informed me of this I decided to look in the master bathroom and also found a couple of hairs behind these sinks as well. 4) When I went to bed in the master bed I grabbed the pillows only to discover more hair. There were two long strands of hair on one of the pillow cases. 5) the second day I discovered dirt and the plastic piece from a price tag on the floor in the MB. The rooftop is shared by the carriage house so there is a specific schedule of times you can be up there and you can’t be up there past 9:00/10:00. If you are out during the day enjoying Fort Collins the only time you have to enjoy the rooftop and hot tub is in the evening but the hours are cutoff way too early so you can’t even go up and sit and enjoy the stars with a glass of wine without worrying about a harsh fine. They shouldn’t even have it. Way too many rules. There were also two bathrooms that didn’t have hand soap but was rectified immediately by the management company. For being a new build the inside was already pretty beat up and I was worried that we might get blamed for all the marks and knicks on the walls. We have stayed in other rentals in this same area several times and love these houses but I didn’t like the fact that I felt I was sleeping and showering in someone else’s filth. The management company did offer a small discount on our stay however I believe they should have waived the entire cleaning fee since it was obviously not cleaned. I also would have loved to enjoy the rooftop but too many rules and not open when we would have liked to use it.

Access to Spin bikes and scooters made it easy to explore and enjoy Fort Collins from this comfortable home.

The property was simply perfect. It was clean and perfectly located. All the amenities we could need for a family vacation with the in-laws. The management group was fantastic and so helpful. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to make a trip back to FOCO again.

The location was great to get to the shops and restaurants as well as the breweries. The house was great for everyone.

We had a great time while staying and enjoyed the close proximity to some local eateries. Highly recommend for those with kids, as the basement was a great family area.

We were very pleased with our stay at your house. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked with supplies. Our family of six adults had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the location close to Old Town because we were familiar with the area, having lived in Fort Collins many years ago.

This was a perfect location for our 4 day, getaway. Bike riding right out the door and kayaking in Horsetooth was ideal. The house was new and was very nice!
