Great value for money, great staff, excellent Hammam. Very big, clean and confortable rooms, would absolutely go back there for future trips to Fez

The hotel make me feel so comfortable. AMINE and WALID are so nice and helpful. When I came to the hotel, they smiled to me and gave me a good welcome, immediately I feel I am relax. The dinner and breakfast are very delicious. All the staffs in the restaurant are also very kind and helpful. The room are big and clean and from the balcony, I can the the beautiful city . The bed is comfortable. I am very satisfied to the hotel.

A nice room in a central location within the New City. the staff are attentive and responsive helping me to coordinate a taxi pick up from the airport. I would definitely stay here again

Shower and smell from toilets

short drive to the Medina, but what I liked most was the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. it made my stay that much better.

Everything was just wrong! From the rude reception to the room! We arrived late from Chefchaoun and was really looking forward to a 4-star treatment. Confirmed our booking via Booking.com with advance payment option. However, the payment was handled by the hotel, which is completely fine, but before making the payment, I asked to confirm the charges in euro. Instead of answering politely and with a smile, the reception on duty responded in a defensive manner. My husband and I even noticed he threw our passports onto the table instead of handing them nicely to us. The room was disgusting! The floor was sticky and we had to wipe it ourselves! To our horror, the towel we used to wipe the floor turned black! The towel was torn and the duvet was without cover! Truly UNACCEPTABLE! We called the reception to request for the duvet cover and also sent messages via Booking.com. A personnel came with a blanket which was not what we asked for! We were asked to change the room at 11pm at night instead of providing us with the duvet cover! We already unpacked and just wanted to rest! Thank god Muhammad the porter came and helped give us the duvet with cover! We left first thing the next morning and vouch to NEVER COME BACK!
