Great kitchen , clean house. Erin very accessible and helpful! Even offered to bring me a jacket as it was unexpectedly cold during our visit for the night game at CU. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Erin's rental! The home felt open and spacious, with a lovely little deck and backyard, and was very quiet. The bookshelves are full of reading options if you just feel like hanging around. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, and the cooktop heats quickly. Erin was very accommodating. You only needed to text her with your questions. She also dropped off a few supplies that she thought we would need. I highly recommend staying in her home! I know I will the next time I come to Boulder. Thanks Erin!

We loved this house! It’s everything that’s advertised. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the deck was perfect for morning coffee and the owner was easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to book this property again.

It was just as described. Very well appointed cute home. High end appliances. Great location. Enjoyed our stay. Would have loved it if it had at least another guest bathroom. Rough in the morning with 3 adults.

Wow, what a charming, comfortable, updated home in Boulder! It was fully equipped and had just about everything we needed. It felt like our home away from home! Erin went above and beyond. Check-in was easy, and communication during booking and leading up to our stay was consistent and helpful. Erin provided suggestions and tips for our first time in Boulder. My husband, son, and I fell in love with Boulder; it's an outdoor adventure any time of the day, with beautiful weather and wonderful people! We will be back and hope to stay in this home again. Thank you, Erin, for putting love into this property! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Boulder.

The space was perfect for our needs. Close enough for a short run, far enough away for a good walk. It fit the listing as described, and Erin was an awesome host, trying to help us navigate our first visit to Boulder. Would rent again!

We were in Boulder for my daughters graduation from CU. The house is one of the best places we have rented in Boulder. Great location, close to campus, grocery store and restaurants walking distance and nice views from the back yard. House was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with anything you might need. Check in was very easy and the homeowner even had it cleaned and ready early for us. Well stocked (spices, tea etc) and loved the extra touches (plants, games, books). Central location for us to visit our college daughter and see some football. Hope to stay here again.

We found the property to be as advertised. exceptionally clean and well equipped. We particularly liked the outdoor deck. Great for breakfast coffee. Neighborhood was near the University but was also quiet a nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice stay.

We will for sure be back to this cozy home. Perfect stay and Erin was great!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely fully renovated mid-century modern house. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need. The deck and yard were very relaxing. The location was close to everything in Boulder as well as a great location for exploring the Rockies and Colorado. We were sad to leave!
