Die Wohnung selbst bietet Platz für 12 Personen und ist hübsch eingerichtet mit weichen Ledersofas, Flachbildfernseher, Kabel, WLAN, Esstisch, großem Tisch auf der Terrasse, einem kompletten Satz Küchenutensilien, Geschirr und Töpfen, einer kleinen Waschmaschine (große Waschmaschine) Maschine & Trockner gegen Bezahlung im Gebäude) und eine riesige Auswahl an Strandspielzeug.
Wir stehen Ihnen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung, um Fragen zu beantworten und Hilfe zu leisten. Wir werden nicht vor Ort sein, aber wir kennen die Gegend sehr gut.
Wir besuchten Oceanside im Jahr 2011 und haben uns in den Komplex, die Gegend und den Strand verliebt. Wir kamen fast jeden Monat runter und mieteten. Unsere Kinder haben es so sehr geliebt und wir haben die schöne Zeit mit der Familie so sehr genossen, dass wir beschlossen, einen Platz zu kaufen und noch häufiger runterzukommen.

Der Sand wird fest und die Kinder lieben es, herumzulaufen und Schätze zu graben. Wir haben noch nie einen Strand wie diesen gesehen und können problemlos die ganze Woche unter unseren Sonnenschirmen sitzen und zusehen, wie sich die Kinder wie nirgendwo anders amüsieren.

This was a last minute mini getaway. Our first time venturing to Oceanside. The location is great, check in was smooth. grounds are beautiful, tropical feel. Streams, mini water falls, koy fish ponds, serene ducks. Beach was clean, soft sand, well maintained restrooms and showers. Family friendly, definitely recommend and will return.

First, the communication with the property management was great. They were proactive, informative and responsive. The home was just as described. Clean, neat and had everything we needed including an ocean view! There were 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (esp the twins!) It was warm when we arrived but once we opened up the windows and ran the portable air conditioner it was quite comfortable. For us the ability to sleep with the sliding door open to hear the ocaen and take in the breeze was a nice plus! The amenities were nice and well maintained, the beack and harbor were within walking distance. No night life however. But in just nearby Carlsbad were plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee and ice cream! And freeway access was close. Beware, CA traffic though! If you are looking for an affordable option for a family getaway, close to the water and local attractions, this is it!

I loved the location and the amenities. This place is within walking distance of the beach and has a great pool and hot tub. The hosts were very welcoming and had a gift basket for us upon arrival. The unit had everything we could possibly need. It was a lovely stay.

We had a really great time renting this condo. Even though we ran into a few hiccups, the communication with the property manager was excellent and he/she seemed to do their best to get to the bottom of our issues. Although they weren’t all resolved, he/she was so friendly and nice and that meant more to us.
Pros:
-location is right on the beach with two different ways to access the beach. We could see the ocean from our balconies and that wasn’t even advertised but was a huge plus!
-amenities were excellent. We had fun golfing and going to the gym. We never made it to the pool because the pool was closed on the only day we could go.
-so much space in the condo and all the towels, beach towels, beach toys you could need and even a wagon to pull it all.
Cons:
- we didn’t have any hot water our first day and night! That was a huge bummer because it was cold and we all needed showers. We communicated with the property staff but they did not get our message until the next day. To be fair, it was pretty late when we realized the hot water was out.
-pool was closed for an entire day.
-Carpet was SO old and stained in the main living space and would be such an easy and small area to replace.

Our family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) had a great stay. Condo was clean and functional and communication with owner was easy. Check-in was a *bit* difficult, because the "guest" parking lot was not marked and the check-in guard shack was entirely hidden by foliage. But, otherwise, condo was great, communication was good, and property and location fit the the bill.

Our stay in Oceanside was perfect. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Actually the facility was better than pictured. The gym has a cardio area and a decent weight room with a large cable set up, plenty of machines to hit whole body and dumbbells up to 50lbs. No barbells- but we didn't expect that. Beach access is super easy (both sides of the complex) and the pier is less than a mile walk from the condo complex. The pool/spa/walkways are gorgeous and really filled in with tropical plants and trees. Mighty Tree was absolutely on the ball with communication. Planning on rebooking for the exact condo again!

The property is a quick walk to the beach as well as a short walk to restaurants and a boardwalk. No grocery stores walking distance but not far by car. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and access to the beach.

Beautiful place. The condo was roomy we had 6 in our group. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Beautiful views. Easy access to the beach and great location. The staff was so welcoming and everyone we encountered were friendly. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location of the property is ideal! We traveled with a group of 8 (2 were our 76 year old mothers) to visit our sons. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the fact that we could cook instead of eating out every night. We were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub. The washer and dryer we a huge bonus to us also as we had our 15 month old granddaughter visit as well as traveling with special needs children. There is always laundry when you combine that many people. The security of the property was exceptional!

This was a great unit for our family at North Coast Village. We love staying at North Coast Village in Oceanside, and this unit was perfect with the bunk beds allowing each of our kids to have a separate bed. The pool and the grounds are wonderful as well as having the beach right there.

We love North Coast Village! The location of this condo was great- we had a view of the ocean and beautiful gardens, and it was a short walk down to the beach. The three bedrooms were spacious enough for all our group. The weather was great and we enjoyed our trip. Definitely would recommend!

We had such a great time!! The condo was big and roomy! We had 5 adults and 4 children and all slept comfortable!! Plenty of towels and kitchen things to make the trip enjoyable!! Convenience of a small load washer/dryer in the unit. Highly recommend!!

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to the beach! For a large party of 9 it was perfect for our needs. Quick beach access, fast check in and east parking. We found the condo very clean and there are plenty of chairs nand an umbrella for your use. We loved jumping into the pool or hot tub in the evenings and enjoyed the other amenities on the property. The owner was quick to respond to any question before arrival and very easy to work with.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is great, right on the beach, and the grounds are well maintained, the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids.
The apartment had lots of space for our 5 adult & 2 kids group. It's an older apartment but is well maintained and equipped with great stuff for days on the beach. There's 1 assigned parking spot, we had 2 cars so second car has to use guest parking and be moved every 24 hours, the property is strict on this so be aware.

We are a group of senior gals with gaming computers! But we don't game, we work on creating photo books for our families! This place was great for our 3-day workshop. We brought an extra table and enjoyed hanging out together. The wifi was excellent, and all 7 of us were on it the whole time! The village grounds are spectacular and the adjacent beach is beautiful, too! We ate in for breakfast and lunch, and there were plenty of choices for dinner out in the evening. The beds were comfy, too!

Our family of 6 LOVED this place!!! It had plenty of room, the pool was heated and the hottub was roomy. It was steps from the beach and the rental provided beach chairs and sand toys which was a big plus. We were glad to have access to the game room during this rainy week too. We could walk to many restaurants and to get ice cream! Great location, clean and safe. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Condo was as described. Our purpose was to go to Legoland. Took us about 15 minutes each way. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. However, the can opener should probably be replaced as it didn’t work well at all. Beds were very comfortable and in very good shape. The beach was close but it was a little cold for beach activities so we didn’t utilize the beach toys that were available at the condo. Same with the pool. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. We did struggle finding the parking where to check in at. Drove by it a couple of times, just don’t give up - a small parking area is there for check-in.

Three generations of family met here for a long weekend and first time experience at the beach and the ocean for 3 little boys under 5. We had so much fun on the beach, chasing waves and digging in the sand. The walking access to beaches, pools, restaurants, and playgrounds made for a relaxing stay. Everyone was very helpful answering questions, providing everything we needed. This uninterrupted time with family was treasured.

Super location, lots of space . 2 balconies to enjoy the Sun snd the sunsets. Bonus was the chairs to take to the beach. For families, lots of beach toys too! Beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated having our own washer and dryer. Also enjoyed the hot tub tgat can accommodate lots of guests!

We loved the amenities at the facility. Pool and spa was great! We loved walking out of the complex and onto the beach. We also loved the beach supplies to use at the unit. Would recommend!

Inefficient in most aspects. Check in process was inefficient and annoying, Difficult parking for visitors. I will spare you the details but it took us over an hour just to get access to a few ping ping paddle to make use of the amenities.I am used to efficiency and this place needs an upgrade in those regards. The unit was fine, as advertised. It is a bit worn down.

We have stayed at this property before and it is a great location and complex. The layout of this unit is perfect for a family. The one room had 2 bunkbeds with additional pullouts underneath for up to 6 kids, with lots of room for their stuff. The other room downstairs had a queen bed. The upstairs was very nice with an additional deck, bigger than the one downstairs, with a king bed and its own bathroom. Overall the layout and unit was very good and suited what we were looking for perfectly. (2 kids, 2 parents, 1 grandparent). The unit was very clean but just a little dated. This was fine for us as we didn't feel like we were walking on egg shells. There were beach towels, a nice beach bag to carry them and beach toys, chairs and boogieboards. The only 2 complaints I would have is 1) the curtains in the upstairs bedroom were very thin and too small for the window they were trying to cover which made them basically non-existent 2) there was no laundry detergent in the unit to do a load of laundry. But overall this unit was great and we would rent it again.
