The property is nice, we would consider staying there again.

pretty much anything you need (other than food, groceries, etc.) . including pots , pans, dishes. they even had beach towels for the pool. cable tv . and a Roku on each set if you want to stream your own. there is a grill out back we didn't use. but it was clean and operational. it was housed by a pergola type bar area.Right beside a well maintained pool. the only drawback was the mesh fence around the pool. but I am sure safety insists on things like that, My family and I had a Wonderfull time during our stay, It was an awesome escape away from the beach. yet, the Gulf Rd was literally 15 minutes away. other than that. It's a peaceful neighborhood . no problems with the neighbors. any store you will need is minutes away.
I fully recommend.
Also. I have to give an extra shout out to Tina Peters. not only did she check up on us and our stay. she also aided in a painless extra day. our flights were canceled and thankfully no one was booked immediately behind us. she took our call and swiftly had us rebooked within an hour.

There were some things that looked better in pictures. When we pulled up, I was curious that we had the right place. The one bed we stayed in was so uncomfortable, the shower in the one room is very small, and really only one person in the kitchen at a time unless you want to run into someone every time you move. Besides petty things, the trip was great and we appreciated the hospitality and the pool was great on those 100 degree days. For what we needed it for, it worked. The raccoon that kept coming up to say hello every day was interesting :)

We loved our stay here! The outdoor area was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed how peaceful and secluded it felt. We hosted a bachelorette party here and there was the perfect amount of space and the hosts had everything we needed for a great weekend! Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short drive to the beaches and great restaurants. Our fur baby loved the fenced in yard. The pool was amazing with the beautiful weather we had. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more! Tina was a great host!! I cannot wait to stay again.

My husband and I, and a friend and her husband booked this rental for a few days in Florida close to the beach. We also visited Honeymoon Island, which is a short drive away. The property was as described, everything was clean, the outdoor kitchen with grill was a plus, along with the pool and it is a quiet neighborhood. The communication with hosts received immediate responses. I would consider booking again.

We loved the house and pool! Having our own heated pool was amazing. The location was great! Host checked in right away to make sure we were all set. This was perfect for a multigenerational family with a dog and a toddler. Thank you! We’d stay again for sure!

We rented this home for 3 weeks. Loved the location with its proximity to Indian rocks beach. The house has everything you need and is comfortable and clean. The pool is so warm and inviting. The backyard greenery is very beautiful. It’s private and in a nice neighborhood.

This place is just as described! Fun family vacation in this location. Close to so many things to do, we went to several amazing beaches, and Busch Gardens! This place was Roomy, Comfortable and clean! Everyone loved the pool- we used it every day of our stay. Thanks Tina for your quick response to our call when we arrived. This house was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed and then some! Communication with host was great. Close to lots of great restaurants. Especially loved being able to bring our dogs as they are like our children. Highly recommend this property and would love to visit it again!

First Our Host Tina was Amazing in every way! Excellent Communication. The Home was Gorgeous and Literally had everything anyone would need... Just pack your Bags and ENJOY! The Pool area and the Tiki BBQ Bar was such a Great Bonus..Super Clean and Well appointed ! 2 Car Garage.. Washer Dryer.. Pool Toys LOTS OF SPACE! too much to list....Convenient to Everything and the Beaches! We booked this Home prior to a Wedding Weekend for my Daughter at a Resort to Relax before... And it was definitely a highlight of our Trip.. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay! Thank you for being so gracious and accommodating.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This was a perfect spot for our group of guys wanting to chill out by the pool in between rounds of golf. Its close to the beach and great restaurants plus has plenty of room to accommodate our 6 guys.

Stayed here with 3 adults and 5 children ages 4-14. The home was clean on arrival. A lot of floats for the pool with a plug in blower. (Thank you for that!) With the larger group we had, we were unable to locate any extra bed linens for the pull out couch beds. This was quickly remedied by Tina the co-host. She was fast to respond to any message or questions I had. Spoke with her on the phone multiple times and she was so easy to deal with. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely come back when in the area. The beaches are only a short drive ranging from 10 minutes to 25. We visited Madeira beach and John’s pass one day and I urge you to do the same. Thank you Tina for having us!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is amazing with everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and convenient vacation. The kitchen had everything one needs. The beds were so comfortable, lots of space to sprawl around for everyone in the household, the pool was truly heated and we enjoyed it everyday. The backyard is fully fenced and quite large. Everything was excellent. We plan to be back.

The house had every possible thing anyone needs for a weekly rental. The property is beautiful the pool was unbelievably warm. The bed was really really nice would highly recommend this adorable house.

We stayed at Sand Castle for a boy's golf week. What you see in the pictures and is described in the listing are what you get. The property was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Check in and out were a breeze and communication with the property manager was prompt and professional. Very good value for money

This home was exactly as listed and had everything we needed! The host was very responsive to any need we had, and even reimbursed us for a new kitchen purchase we made.
We were within 10-15 minute drive to Indian Rocks or Clearwater beaches and plenty of resturants which was perfect!

We had a beautiful stay. The house was spotless and Tina was quick to reply to our questions. We loved that there was a pack and play and high chair available for our toddler along with a fence around the pool if needed. We will be back!

Tina, the host, was very friendly, quick to respond, and attentive to our needs. We had everything we needed and more. They had pool toys, beach toys/umbrella/matts, and pool/beach towels, cooler. The pool was perfect temperature that my niece and i would be in there for 3 hours every night. The location was great.. 20 mins to clearwater beach and less than 15 mins to indian rocks beach (this was a way better beach in my opinion). Pillows and beds were also very comfortable (pullout couch not so much lol but that's to be expected). Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again.
