I book this hotel regularly. But this time, they hvnot provided me the room I selected. they alloted first a small one bed room. when I raised the concern, then first they denied. after I insists then they rapidly vacated a already occupied room, just hand cleaned the same used bed. and asked me to shift here. it was a very pathetic situation. room was still dirty, linen was used by previous occupant, bathroom was smelly, room was full of cigarette smoke smell. I had no choice but to kept myself down there. I am not happy with this.

The rooms were clean and spacious though the windows were small, making us feel stuffy even though the AC was working. However, the breakfast was tasty and so were the dishes served at the restaurant. Overall a good budget experience

The hotel we stayed in had an aesthetically pleasing building. The services offered were adequate for a comfortable stay as well. While the menu in the restaurant was great, the food was just decent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a good budget option.
