most pathetic hotel and also booking.com. when arrived at hotel, manager was not present and went for Namaz at 10:30pm. I reached with wife and 6 month old child. Manager was absent he didn't assigned job to other for checkin. we waited for more than 40 to 45 min but neither he arrived nor responded to staff's call. Other staff denied to checkin. we had to search for other hotel at the mid night with only 6 month old child.

the unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff has also dented badly to booking.com image and thus not only stopped using booking.com any more and now will also delete the app.

At the time of check-in, we were informed that the prices mentioned on the site were on the lower side so we were asked to pay extra. When we asked for the bill it was denied to us. Also at the reception counter, the Receptionist was not co-operating and made us wait for more than 30 mins to attend to us and after 30 minutes were told about the prices. We asked him to verify so he asked us to talk to OYO or Bookings.com directly on our own and denied even making a call for verification as the prices shown differed from their original cost. Hence I think this tactic of earning extra bucks from customers at the last minute is a gimmick. Also, this place is not at all family-friendly.
