Very clean, huge room and across the street from the beach.

DJ at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, quiet, & very pleasant. The beach is right across the road & it's beautiful (they have a private section for guests & it's so peaceful). There's a Starbucks on site.

The restaurant was overpriced for what they offered but the staff was just amazing. The shower stall does not have much room to put your toiletries (a small shelf). Splurge for the ocean view with larger balcony. I got a marina view with a tiny balcony. During the day, meh...& traffic noise. During the night, very pretty. Parking is $50 a day, which is very expensive. The pool area needs a lot of work, it's small, there isn't much space to sit, the outdoor beds were stained.

Communication with the Viator Clearer. We scheduled three events but didn't go on the journey. I got charged for an London call trying to cancel a pick up in London. This made me very sceptical about the company. I all we lost 145.00 dollars on water taxi and arrival transportation.

Great view on the Marina, really nice room, swimming pool. Nice manager who tried his best to help when we were getting problems from the hotel.

We were forced to pay 150% by card despite we said we wanted to pay by cash. Our credit card transaction was told to be released but after 3 days it was confired and the invoice was sent to my email. Hotel stated that I just have to wait and they didnt confirm the transaction which was not true. My other hotels’ transactions were in pending status, never confirmed. This one was completed and also the receipt was for a different amount than previously. And no, it’s not a standard procedure: only 2 hotels took additional authorization but only additional (for some extra charges I might have), not for a whole amount when I say I want to pay by cash anyway. At 2 am we were woken up by a party next room. This problem was solved quickly but our daughter needed 40 minutes to fall asleep again. After next 5 minutes - fire alarm was launched which we didn't even hear "sorry" from the receptionist.

A parttól csak egy út választja el. Nagyon jó fekvésű szálloda, extra figyelmes és kedves személyzettel. Egy csomó reggeli és ebéd lehetőség a közelben, de a hotel étterme is kiváló. Ide biztosan visszatérünk még.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Maren. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The view was beautiful and the price was less than other hotels that were not even as nice as the Maren. 10/10 I will be back!!

The only thing I would change is housekeeping knocking on the door every single morning waking us up. Even when we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

Die Lage direkt am Strand und das tolle große Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon.

Der Ventilator im Zimmer ist sehr laut und sehr stark eingestellt. Man konnte ihn nicht selbst ausschalten, dazu brauchte man den Elektriker des Hotels. Leider hat dies aber auch nur in einer Nacht funktioniert!

Was not aware of construction adjacent to property or the daily screeching of cars and motorcycles that travel around the promenade.

Absolutely gorgeous and wonderful location.

Everything was wonderful honestly. The only thing I could say is it is a bit short staffed. Felt bad for the bartenders. Also valet prices were a bit steep.

O hotel não tinha segurança no lobby e como era spring break muitas pessoas que não eram do hotel entravam. Mesmo precisando da chave no elevador alguns jovens subiram conosco no nosso andar e ficamos com medo . Não tinha um segurança para coibir essa situação difícil com esses jovens claramente mal intencionados. Senti muito medo e insegurança. Detalhe : meu marido foi com o manobrista expulsar os jovens que não queriam sair fazendo algazarra .

Tolle Lage Schöne Zimmer

Nach dem Check in bin ich mit der Zimmerkarte in das mir zugewiesene Zimmer das ein schönes Upgrade enthielt. Das Zimmer war leider bereits belegt und es waren Menschen drin die sich genau wie ich sehr erschrocken haben. Konnten dann die Situation klären. Das kann aber auch mal anders ausgehen. War um 20.00 Uhr aber hätte ja auch später in der Nacht passieren können. Wieder an der Rezeption gab es ein knappes Sorry und ein neues Zimmer ohne Upgrade.

Saubere grosse Zimmer, Lage in Ordnung.

Preis-/Leistung ist nicht in Ordnung. Zu teuer was geboten wird.

Food and drinks were pricey and on a level with 5* + hotel so we did eat out for much of the time. Having said that the food was good quality
