This apartment is tastefully eclectic and beautifully decorated - an artist’s dream! The open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings makes the space seem even bigger. The kitchen is full size and well-equipped. Paula, the host, was very responsive to our questions and needs. This property may be on the upper end of many budgets but it is well worth it, especially for the milestone birthday we celebrated while there. The location, while occasionally noisy, is convenient for the Ahuriri neighbourhood restaurants and seaside.

The apartment is set up beautifully! It is better than in the photos. The location is super handy near all the Ahuriri restaurants, the Four Square is just around the corner and there are other shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk away (as is the beach). The apartment is thoughtfully set up with beautiful bedding, bathroom amenities, kitchen equipment, etc. All the plants and natural lighting make it just so welcoming and a lovely spot to stay.
If you are a light sleeper and not used to street noise you may consider bringing some ear plugs as it is near a road. I had but didn't end up using my ear plugs and still was okay so this is not a big issue but worth mentioning.

I would be nitpicking to find fault. Decor, comfort, proximity to Napier, eateries and contact with host excellent. Particularly loved the indoor-outdoor area, fantastic for daily yoga.
It is next to the railway and major road intersection. The earliest train was 03.47 and the trucks also start about that time. Shutting the ranch sliders buffers some noise but not living near road or rail it was impossible to sleep.

The location is fantastic with a working port nearby, boats in the harbour a lovely shopping presinct and excellent variety of eateries with in 2 minutes walking.

We’ll appointed and spacious. Very comfortable king bed. Interesting fishing village views. Many good cafes, restaurants and bars a short walk away. Secure parking. Good washer/dryer. Lift. Helpful staff support - even after hours
The lift was a bit challenging to start with we but soon mastered it. Located adjoining a busy roundabout and freight train line - but noise muffled and didn’t bother us

The apartment is very modern, really well equipped and has a great decor. The front external deck and the internal ‘indoor-outdoor’ space are great. Although it’s on a busy road, the soundproofing is great.
It was very hot when we were there, and the apartment is set up really well with air con (3 units).
Proximity to the local restaurants is great, and also the walkway around the point to Napier township.
It felt like a very classy apartment, a great place to stay.

nice and modern. bed was comfortable. The layout was good and it was nice and spacious and comfortable to be in.
The apartment needs a microwave. The apartment needed more towels.
we thought you need to get cleaners to do a deep clean. It was a bit dusty especially on blinds.

It is very close to the main road but this can be managed.

The location put us in the middle of Ahuriri, we are familiar with the area so found the apartment to be in the right spot.
the traffic was a bit annoying but after a day or so you actually got used to it.
