It's a very beautiful place, sheets are clean, shower is clean, easy and safe parking, the caretaker was friendly.

There's no microwave to warm the food, no TV in the bedroom

The location was in a safe neighborhood. The house is truly beautiful, with nice view. Most store were close by.

No proper preperations for Loadshedding - no candles, torches or any other light available. The Wi-Fi was a complete mess - couldn't connect to anything. There is a TV Bracket in the room - no T.V though. There is a tray with glasses and a coffee mug and sugar pot - No coffee, tee, milk or sugar available - including the kettle. Not even a single teabag in the room. No complimentary water in the room, no aircon. The study-table is far away from any power source - there fore, the time limit on your electric device is what it is. There were no water as that area had pump issues at Eikenhof. No contact list of emergency numbers readily available or a fire extinguisher close by should there be an electrical fire. No option of breakfast. I was there - alone, in a dark house........not nice. No preparations were done for the water outage or for loadshedding. Disappointing. No book in, no forms to sign, no tax invoice provided upon arrival.
