Clean and modern. Consistent Wi-Fi

No blankets! Air conditioning doesn’t work even when stated ‘available’. No heater. Cold water! Too many irregularities

The facilities are up to date. From the buildings to the furniture inside everything is just perfect very comfortable and clean . The staff is very friendly and professional. Yolanda helped us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we left. We were home away from home. We were able to work while the kids enjoyed playing at the balcony

Interrupted use of electricity due to repairs

Very friendly. Very helpfull. Exceptionally clean. Crispy sheets, comfy blankets. It was a lovely stay. Thanks for the firewood, we enjoyed spending our time around the fire in the cold. What a absolute bonus that was.

Place is clean, neat, safe, and we were more than happy. We will definitely stay here again.

The room I booked never got it what a drama was moved to another room which was nice and all but upstairs but I wanted a room downstairs

situated in a nice area.

We did not sleep over, we got there and after we spoke to them telling them we were on our way the receptionist just stood there , had no idea what to do with us. we were tired and want to get to our room, but they were in and out of the room struggling with DSTV not working fridge was warm, we booked for 4 and needed a matres. there were no towels and a stuffy smell was hanging all over the reception area and people were smoking in the halls. Not a nice experience at all! Nice place just badly managed. Was very awkward! We just left and drome 100km back home and back again for our comp the next day!

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable.

No access in and out of the property (there were not enough gate remotes). I was asked to phone when I got to the gate. Tried phoning and it went to voicemail. Used the buzzer at the gate and no one answered, waited for 5 minutes in the street for someone to open which I felt was unsafe. Then phoned the owner who had the gate opened another 5 minutes later. There was no toilet paper in the room and also so milk or milk powder to make coffee. There was coffee, tea, and sugar but no milk - which does not help much.

It was just the worst. They sent me a WhatsApp asking to confirm my stay, I confirmed to then be told no they can't help me and then go and post my nr without permission on Facebook for others to contact me regarding accommodation. Later that evening I still needed accommodation when I contacted them they said yes they still have but earlier the day I was told they don't have space. I got a 'no show' notification on booking.com. I wasn't a no show the place cancelled my accommodation on their own. It was the most rudest and incompatent people I have dealt with, most definitely a NO from me

Whole room was exceptionally clean and well presented. The fact that light was available during loadshedding was a bonus

DSTV not having multiple channels

Was warmly welcomed,friendly service from both staff ladies I saw. Space was great and for sure will book again.

Only thing that we had to figure out was warm water which we had to wait for some time but was good
