My husband was trying to put together a tent so we wouldn't have to put it together on the beach. (Saving time and trouble) My husband said someone from the office came over and said about 4 ppl report him setting up a tent on the grass My husband explained to the man what he was doing. The man understood and assisted my husband with setting up the tent. Had the person(s) who reported this would have waited and not assumed that we were breaking the HOA rules, this could have been avoided.

Loved the couple over the place, pool was nice and the location was pretty decent

It was extremely warm in the one room. The place wasn’t too my satisfaction of clean

The location was excellent. The view of the gulf from the patio was amazing and we were close to so much. I loved that the host, Sara, called to make sure we didn't need any special accommodations, like cribs, and also left a hand-written welcome note with suggestions of places to go for our kids. Our stay was wonderful.
