Meine Wohnung ist ein kleines Stück Himmel! Es ist buchstäblich nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt! Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben beide eine herrliche Aussicht und öffnen sich zur Veranda. Die Veranda hat eine Theke, die sich über die gesamte Länge erstreckt. Dort essen wir die meisten unserer Mahlzeiten und lauschen dem Ebbe und Flut der Flut. Wir beobachten die Wellen, die Pelikane tauchen nach Fischen und die Leguane klettern auf die Palmen. Wir bestaunen die gelegentlichen Surfer & Kiteboard & Windsurfer beim Fliegen über die Wellen. Nachts scheint der Mond auf das Wasser und erzeugt einen flüssigen Silber-Effekt, der atemberaubend ist! Es befindet sich im 2. Stock eines kleinen 3-stöckigen Gebäudes und ist sehr privat. Es gibt 1 Hauptschlafzimmer, jedoch können 6 bis 7 Personen sowohl im Loft- / Eingangsbereich als auch auf der riesigen U-förmigen Wohnzimmercouch bequem schlafen. Es gibt 2 große Smart-TVs mit Soundbars, 2 Fahrräder / Helme / Luftpumpen, viele Liegestühle und Strandtücher sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die gesamte Wohnung gehört Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts. Es gibt einen Pool für die Mitglieder des Stranddorfes, zu dem Sie Zugang haben. Dies ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von Ihrer Tür entfernt. Das Palmas Del Mar Resort ist eine Wohnanlage, in der viele erfolgreiche Puertoricaner leben oder einen Wochenendort haben, in der viele Menschen aus den Staaten leben und sich zurückziehen oder remote arbeiten und in der viele Touristen kommen, um sich zu entspannen und die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden. Das Resort verfügt über mehrere Restaurants, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, 2 Golfplätze, ein Tenniszentrum, ein Fitnesscenter, einen Country Club, viele Pools (von denen Sie einen Schlüssel haben) und einen wunderschönen Strand! Sie gehen die Stufen von der Wohnung hinunter und Sie sind am Strand!

This property is located in a very nice gated community. It is on the beach and a very short walk to the pool. A short walk down a beach path and you are at the plaza. The owner supplies plenty of soaps including shampoo and conditioner! There were beach chair's, a cabana, a boogie board, beach toy's, and plenty of beach towels for us to use. We enjoyed pizzellas pizza and the frozen yogurt place at the plaza. The market is pricey but does have essentials if needed. We cooked most of our meals and the pans and tools necessary were all in the condo. The community(like the rest of the island)does lose power frequently, for only short amounts of time, but I want to note this because it is wise to only buy a couple days of perishables at a time. The walmart is close(10 minutes)to stop on your travels and grab essentials for meals. The view from the deck,and the sound of the waves at night, were our favorite features of this property. There are so many things to see and do in Peurto Rico that we will be planning another trip to see more of what we missed. Just outside of the gated community there is a shipping container coffee and breakfast shop. Ohana Jireh Coffee Shop. Its Cash only but was very good. The owners were very sweet and helped us decide what to order. The cappuccino was amazing. The owner of this property was super helpful,friendly,and check in was seamless.

Great condo with everything we needed for a beach stay. The beach is steps away and we pretty much had it to ourselves. Our host provided lots of great information and made everything very easy.

Amazing view from bedroom, living room, and deck. Lisa is a wonderful host. Great location. Can walk about a half mile to Palmanova Plaza along beach or on path through the woods. Palmas Del Mar is such a nice place to stay. Had several very good meals at restaurants in Palmas.

The view here is priceless. Spent ton of time on the porch and in the magnificent ocean and the bed is super comfy. Lisa was wonderful and helpful. You are walkable to 3-4 fab restaurants. This location can’t be beat and the beach has beautiful sand and the water is warm and clean and the waves are perfect for playing! We’ll be back for sure.

literally steps from the water- There's an incredible view from the terrace. It's an amazing beach experience- swimming and walking on the beach. really uncrowded for Feb.

Overall, what a great place to stay! The condo is kept up well& it's very clean! Pictures are accurate, other than the abundance of seaweed that is on the beach. We were not able to swim or enjoy the beach due to excessive sea weed bloom- which is not the hosts fault. Other than that, We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beachfront condo with stunning views. Fully equipped and contains everything you need for your vacation. Comfortable king size bed. Access to an amazing pool. I can’t wait to book here, again.

Stayed with my sisters and father for a father-daughter vacation as part of a 'bucket list gift to our dad. The location is gorgeous, Palmas Del Mar is quite a place, definitely felt 100% safe. The view is absolutely to die for. We traveled out of the community daily and it was a good home base for exploring. Sadly there was a lot of sargasso on the beach while we were there but it's not to be helped. We definitely recommended this condo.

2nd floor with a wake up view of the sunrise each morning! Cup of coffee tasted better. Given its right on the beach, we only spent mornings & evenings there. perfect for a family of three. Lots of supplies for a long day at the beach - cooler, chairs, umbrellas. host was very responsive to all texts with questions we had.

We spent 4 nights here and had a great time. The property is steps from the beach and is located in a community with lots of options. Communication with the owner was great. We would stay here again when traveling to Eastern Puerto Rico. Thanks for opening your condo to us!

When we rented this property we were hoping it would be as neat and clean as the photos showed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The bathroom and bedroom sheets were clean. However the bathroom towels were quite old and thin and definitely needed to be replaced years ago.
The kitchen cabinets were greasy. The cabinets were filled with crumbs and the pots and pans were not only in complete disarray but were not cleaned well. There were clothes
shoved into the cabinet.in boxes.
I think what was the most bothersome was the clutter in the house. The closets and drawers had linens and pillows shoved in them. The bedroom drawers needed to be emptied so we had somewhere to put our clothes. The bedroom closet had the top shelf filled with additional pillows and bags of things. The closet had chairs, a ladder among other things leaving little room to hang anything.
The laundry area was full of clutter and dust.
It’s certainly understandable that there needs to be locked cabinets for owners’ items, however, there needs to be nice, clean areas for renters to keep their belongings.
The home needs to be renovated throughout. Drawer knobs are missing, walls are in bad shape, the furniture is old and uncomfortable etc.
It’s unfortunate because we really enjoyed our stay in the area and would have been completely satisfied had the place met with our expectations. We will more than likely be back to the area as we love PR and this location. However, we will have to look for another condo to rent that will be more in line with our expectations.

Lisa’s apartment has everything you need! She’s was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The morning sunsets are gorgeous. Little touches like providing sunscreen, aloe, and suggestions on places to visit and eat were a bonus. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Incredible ocean view and lovely landscaped grounds. Lisa, the host, is always attentive, timely and answers all your questions. Steps from the beach and steps to the pool. We had a very relaxing vacation and the restaurants at Palmas are great. This is not our first time at this apartment and we will return. Thanks Lisa

Week in Puerto Rico
Our family really enjoyed our stay here at Palmas Del Mar. Lisa was very attentive. She sent some recommendations on places to eat and visit, not only locally, but other places throughout Puerto Rico, before our visit during our planning phase of the trip. Once we arrived, she checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going well. It was wonderful waking up each morning to a sunrise right beside the ocean. We had a great time and would come here again!

A few small nits -- there were some fruit flies in the kitchen and bathroom that were a slight nuisance, a couple of windows could stand to be replaced., and the neighborhood is prone to power outages that can last a couple of hours But overall very comfortable.

The location is awesome & there are a lot of amenities offered to guest. There is small grocery store & places to eat & have a drink within the complex. You will need some sort of transportation (car, golf cart, or bike) depending on where you're staying. I would visit again.

This place was our second stop on a 12- day trip around the island. It is in the gated community of Palmas del Mar with a golf course similar to something you would find in a planned upscale beach community in Florida. This place is lovely but, if you are looking for a more traditional Puerto Rican experience, this might not be for you. However, if you are looking for a quiet beach vacation, you will find that the neighborhood is beautiful and the upkeep of the grounds are meticulous.
The condo itself is nicely decorated, very clean, has a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, blender, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc.), washer/dryer, lots of seating, beach chairs/beach towels. Everything you need. It was just my husband and myself so plenty of room. The Coqui door knocker on the front door was adorable (now I have to find that on-line). Lisa was very responsive to the couple of questions that I had.
There is a really huge Econo Supermarket in town which carries EVERYTHING you would find at home including wine, beer, etc. We did do a day trip over to Vieques and the ferry and airport are in the town of Cieba which is a little over a ½ hour away so great location for that. All in all, a very nice stay.

New Jersey Escape
My girls and I had been teleworking and online school for over a year. We needed to get away. This stay was exactly what we needed. The home is truly a slice of heaven and the amenities pool ,golf restaurants all great. Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful home. We will definitely come back.

The hold overall vibe is so amazing and we had no problem checking in , one of the best beach experience .It nice in very private and very romantic experience for us as newly married couple , Our homie moon was a success!

Amazing getaway
Perfect place to stay! This was our first time in Puerto Rico and this place definitely made the trip. The view was outstanding and the place was so cute and clean. It was also so close to the beach, which was really great. The kitchen had all we needed to make some meals there for ourselves. The place it is in is great too- lots of restaurants and stores, the whole trip could easily have been spent just within palmas Del Mar. I would definitely stay there again.

A stay in paradise
The picture doesn’t do any justice to this slice of heaven. Although it’s a one bedroom apartment. It accommodated my family of 5 comfortably. The view was amazing and the owner Lisa was extremely attentive to all my needs and comfort. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a 5 star experience without paying a 5 star price.
