Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous avons même regretté de ne pas avoir loué pour plus longtemps. La chambre est très simple, propre avec des équipements qui fonctionnent bien. Le petit jardin est très accueillant et nous permet de nous reposer à l’extérieur. Les restaurants sont à proximité, dont certains près de la rivière. Sinsai s’occupe bien du ghesthouse et conseille très bien les voyageurs, dans un bel anglais. Il semble très apprécié et plusieurs personnes s’arrêtent pour le consulter. L’endroit répond parfaitement à la description de l’hébergement, nous savions donc à quoi nous attendre. Nous y retournerions volontiers.

Lovely place within walking distance of the bus station, walks to the viewpoints and shops, restaurants etc. Host was really friendly and helpful and provided useful information for what to do and transport in Nong Khiaw. Bus, boat and tour information is provided at the accommodation. Free tea/coffee and bananas available. Nice room with a hammock outside. Comfy bed and bedding. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent laundry service.

Hot water in the shower was lukewarm. The first night we could clearly hear the music from a nearby bar very loudly but we were able to sleep through it. We could also clearly hear dogs, chickens and next door rooms so ear plugs are needed!

Prijs-kwaliteit een van de beste in Nong Khiaw! Zeer proper. Kamer is basic maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig! Eigen hangmat aan je kamer. Elke dag gratis bananen en thee/koffie. Goede locatie!

Meexok guesthouse is well situated in a quiet part of Nong Khiaw close to the northern bank of the Nam Ou river. The rooms are spacious with a good, warm, shower, air con, plenty of sockets and a desk. Communal outside areas have plenty of seats, tables and chairs to chill and relax. The property provides free coffee and bananas. Si, the owner is kind, polite and courteous and is on hand to provide information and advise.

Good value for money. Very basic but perfect if you just want a clean place to sleep. Very clean, one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in Thailand. The young man that runs this place is super helpful and chatty. Just book it!

Ac was very good and room was really comfortable. Staff didn’t speak much English but there was a piece of paper at reception with basic phrases you might use that you could point to so the staff could understand.

So much to like! The rooms were clean & comfortable. The AC was the best AC we’ve encountered in Lao and northern Vietnam - very strong! The staff were incredibly flexible and helpful. They provided food and laundry recommendations and helped us book travel to Muong Ngoi. The location was PERFECT - you’re a second’s walk from everything but a block off the main road on a dirt road along the river. It’s beautiful and wonderful! Don’t hesitate to book!

Clean and comfortable room, little terrace. Free cold and hot water at reception. The staff stored our bigger luggage during our 3-day trek and we used the laundry service.

The property was really pretty and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was also great. The staff were friendly and helpful, they also let us amend our booking after a canceled bus which was really appreciated. There was also free tea, coffee and bananas which was a lovely touch

Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Hosts were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Great location just off the main street, with a good swimming spot 1min down the road and only 10 mins walk to the restaurants and viewpoints over the bridge. Good aircon and wifi, and lovely hammocks outside!
