This house is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood a short car ride to the downtown area and centrally located for day trips. The views are gorgeous! Joanna offers all the amenities from home. We had a perfect stay with lasting family memories and didn’t want for anything.

We were in Prescott for a youth baseball tournament. We stayed with two other families of 4 and there was plenty of room! Our kids range from 7-13 and all were happy. The downstairs game room area is huge and everyone loved it. Our host was very nice and perfectly accommodating. It’s a quick drive down a couple twisty roads to get to the main downtown area. We had 3 vehicles so we parked 1 in the garage and two in the driveway which kind of maxes out the parking, but it was not an issue. It’s a neat view down to the city from the elevated patios. All in all…great house and a great stay. Exactly what we were looking for!

We usually don't travel on Christmas, but this year would be our first without our 2 sons home thanks to the pandemic. So my wife, brother and sister decided to do something different and found this wonderful house to spend Christmas in Prescott. Relatively new to the VRBO thing, we were so pleased with our stay in Joanna's wonderful house. Perched on a high hillside with a wonderful view, this spacious getaway was perfect! We were delighted to find not one but 2 beautifully decorated Christmas trees (one upstairs, one down), and lovely decorated fireplace with hooks to hang our stockings, and even a wrapped gift under the tree with delicious homemade fudge! Downstairs was a huge great room, with the perfect home theater set up for lots of movie nights. Super comfy beds, plush towels, we felt spoiled and right at home! Super easy access keyless entry, everything was great!

The house was as advertised, exactly what our group of 10 (with 4 children) needed. Plenty of space for everybody.

The size of this house was amazing for my family. They were in town for our daughter's wedding and everyone had their own space.

Great Home, Great Location, Great View, Great Host!

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joanna's home. This was our second stay at this home, and would return every time we visit Prescott if it was available. The home was comfortable for our entire group of adults and kiddos (6 mo. - 10 yrs). It is very clean, spacious, well supplied, with a beautiful view of the town from the balcony. Joanna was easy to work with and especially kind to my daughter who happend to be the first to arrive with 3 young children. This mama bear REALLY appreciated your kindness and consideration.

First off the house and the view are BEAUTIFUL. I came with just a small group of 4 and felt like I should have invited the entire family to get the full use of the house - 2 bedrooms upstairs, 3 bedrooms downstairs and plenty of space on the couch. Joanna left us detailed instructions and the house was fully stocked with the basics. If there was a tricky something or other, it was clearly labeled!

First we want to thank Joanna for having fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Lots of room and great decks. Morning coffee on the deck was enjoyed by all. And watching rain and a lightning storm was beautiful. The only drawback if you have children is the lack of a yard. Otherwise the downstairs offers lots of room and a pool table. The felt on the pool table was a little wrinkled around some pockets but no one was playing for $$$. She responded quickly to one maintenance issue and was pleasant to communicate with.

Downstairs works great for an additional family or entertaining with a larger group. Location is great. Not walking distance to Whiskey Row, but very easy drive to the the square or Safeway.

Our family ranging from Great Grandparents to Great Grandkids found this home a perfect place to relax, interact over a BBQ, play some board games and shoot a little pool in the game room. The views from the balconies are spectacular and we enjoyed watching through our binoculars the neighbors on the other side of the valley/canyon watching us through their binoculars. Thanks to Ms. Hawthorne for being such a delightful host.

Host extremely easy to work with. Great communication. Had one issue which she worked with me to resolve. Downstairs perfect for older kids to "take over" and have their own space.

The check in process was as easy as any house I have rented. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked. House was clean.
