the apartment was very nice and clean i enjoyed the stay a lot and ahmed was available all times to answer my needs i liked the pool availabe in the building also very much

+ Mr. Murffie patiently waited for our arrival, he is kind. + Location was passable coz it was accessible for cars but being along Al Khalil Road, sometimes you will experience traffic. I am not sure if this was accessible to public transport. + Allotted parking for the unit is available + Available grocery stores around the area. + carrefour delivery to your doorstep as well as other deliveries too. + Nice view of the city from the balcony, large windows. + Good room sizes (bedroom, Living/Dining, Kitchen, Toilet, Powder Room) + Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Range, Cooking pots, plates, cutlery, crockery are available. + Clothes Drying Rack is available + They provide a sachet of dishwashing liquid and sponge at the kitchen, paper kitchen towel and toilet tissue roll are available too.

- When we came, the room smelled like smoke. We requested to change room and they managed to provide us with the next unit. - The unit we stayed in was passable as "clean". However, it didn't have the towels so we took the towels from the previous unit. But the towels are dirty so we left them again. We told them about it but they didn't provide us with other towels. Fortunately, we brought our own towels because we planned to stay for a week plus we have a baby. - The cooking pots are still oily and dirty so you should wash them all thoroughly. - The range, in the beginning, wasn't working. And it does quite frequently when we stayed so we had to "reset" it all the time. When we informed them about the range, they sent us an instruction video on how to reset it. - the pillows and the comforters.. We can't really sleep on them because of the smell. I can't describe it but it smells like dried sweat or something. They should really change these. - The sofa is old and dirty. - No cot. - Can't watch anything on the TV, wasn't smart TV for you to open your Netflix at least. But it does have a screen-mirroring feat. - The toilet and bath is huge but it doesn't have a shower curtain. so it gets pretty flooded every time you take a shower. - The pool is at Level 5, Kids pool doesn't have water temperature control. Sauna too is available but we didn't see it. - The children's playroom is closed. They should inform that on their site because I was expecting that too, - There is a deposit of 1,000.00AED which I paid by card. It will be reversed after 30-45days (which was too long I think, compared to others which reverse the amount after just a few days) If you plan to stay here, please bear in mind that this is not a hotel apartment. It is an apartment that you rent to stay so you are on your own from the moment they hand you the access cards.

you have to pay the deposit without knowing what are you paying. finally I have got a list of what I am paying for and it’s says 300 AED for the sofa stains. when we actually checked in it were 10 plus stains on that sofa.

Location was close enough to get to where I wanted to go.

Missing amenities such as shower curtain and blow dryer in the bathroom, as well as no extra towels. The kitchen lacked a microwave and toaster for the first two days. The closet had a pair of dirty socks left behind by the previous tenant. The general cleaning was lacking. No smart TV. Dining table is wobbly. If the owners are serious about making this unit a good stay then they should fix the basics. Couch is not the most comfortable.

Basic items were not provided at the facility and no room service at all.on the other hand , no enough security at that area

The furniture was very old and dirty, the walls had traces of dirt on it, the bathroom pooled water on the floor, the staff did not answer the call and when they did, they responded late, I suffered three days without internet, without ironing clothes and without a water cattle
