The apartment was spotlessly clean. Plenty of fluffy soft towels provided. Complimentary water and some key condiments. Iron and ironing board provided and in good condition ( we were in Southampton for a wedding so this was important) Two bathrooms were really handy also whilst getting ready

Lovely flat, kitchen and view.

Problem with smells in the bathroom, low pressure shower and dirty kitchen pots and pans.

Brilliant location, well furnished and modern. The fans in the bedrooms were very welcome - it was red hot in the apartments due to the weather!

Neil used to be fast in replying any text or question

Not clean mattress and pillows are not comfortable at all there was a bad smell comes from time to time from certain storage door.

Very quiet, the apartments are so well built that you cannot hear the neighbours at all.

Very modern and well decorated apartment. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Great amenities. Good location. Co-op and Wetherspoons pub located very close by. City center walkable. Good pubs and restaurants, shops, museums etc within a 15 minute walk. Metered street parking easily available. Owner was easily reachable throughout the stay and answered any questions very promptly and effectively.

Sound carried from one apartment to another and also from the stairs. Dishes and cutlery could have been a bit cleaner. A parking pass would have been very useful to avoid paying the meter and trying to guess our schedule. A welcome pack would have been nice to give guidance about local medical services and resources along with guidance for rubbish and recycling. I know the area well, but I'm sure a guide to the locale would be useful for many. Note, these are just suggestions and nothing detracted from our stay. Would definitely return.

We were so pleased with our apartment. It was so clean and fresh, lovely floor to ceiling windows with an amazing view. It was comfortable and had everything we needed from utensils to towels to tea and coffee! They thought of everything.

Honestly I couldn’t fault it at all. The hosts sent me a message the evening we arrived, that if there was anything we needed they would help to sort it. So even if there was something, it would not of been an issue as we had such friendly hosts.

The apartment was lovely, stylish perfect size and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided we couldn’t have asked for more.

The location was a little further to the centre than we expected. Not the fault of this appt at all but the residential apartments below had large bins outside the front which attracted quite a few visitors on the evening looking for food.

N/A breakfast. Good location Quiet property, very modern and up to date. Easy walking to restaurants on the marina. Owners accessible and responsive. With car, street parking was convenient. Very close to bus. Definitely stay there!😍

The advertised sea view was a bit distant!

Very close to the cruise terminal, close to the historic center of Southampton. Quick ride from the Southampton central train station.

There was nothing.

Before arrival, I got message from the host on WiFi passcode, however I did not receive any info on keys collection and got stuck at the building entrance for more than 20 min to look for the phone number of the host. There is no phone number available on website or google map. I asked other resident in the building and had to go over a bunch of emails to find out the phone number.

Neil was fantastic, very helpful and was always there to answer any questions we had about the apartment. It was a lovely space, in a great location and we really enjoyed our time there.
