We loved this home for our family reunion. Lots of space to spread out for all ages. It was fun to watch “Charlie” the alligator in the pond next to the driveway. The kitchen could use some fresh pots and pans and serveware, but other than that it was great.

Lets just say that I'm already planning my next stay at this property! The space and accommodations are top notch for the Island. I get a private pool with every vacation rental, but none can and will top this pool and outdoor space! Amazing stay with memories that will never end!!!!

The house was very comfortable and in a great locaction. We rented bikes and had no problem getting to the beach or to Harbor Town. The pool is amazing and the kids had such fun playing and practicing their diving skills. It's rare to find a pool that is deep enough for that. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the beds were made up and ready upon arrival - that was a real treat! The kitchen is very large and well equipped. We had some food allergies in the family so it is easiest for us to cook most of our meals at home. The family also had a great time playing pool. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together or apart. The only negative would be for someone with very young children - the bunkroom is separated from the rest of the bedrooms. It was not a problem for us and our youngest was 7.

Nice, big house in a great location. Easy biking to a lot of areas. Kitchen has a separate ice making machine which was one of the best ideas for a beach house. Great pool and outdoor area. Loved the pool table and chess table. We used those daily

Our growing family stayed in Sea Pines at this beautiful home! I wanted something large enough so we all had space! This home provided that and so much more! The pool and game rooms were a big hit!! The kitchen was a dream for the chef that came to prepare a few meals for us. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

House was great just a couple of items, the kitchen faucet by the window is falling apart, there was clumps of black hair around the pool. The big master shower was not draining, and my husband cleaned it, it was disgusting what came out of there. House was beautiful it just needs a little TLC on a couple of items.Also please note there is piece of flashing above the front door that looks like is coming off the house we notice after the storm on Wednesday night.The back legs of the BBQ look like they are breaking we used it but were scare it would fall back.

Overall, the home was great, beautifully renovated with spaces for everyone. Kitchen was huge with all the amenities and could handle more than one cook. Best pool we have had in Hilton. Location was perfect! Loved the game room and roomy bedrooms, each with bath! Would highly recommend. Only drawback was grill, which needs replacing.

This home has it all - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge kitchen, several living areas and an enormous pool! The space allows for group gatherings as well as quiet places indoors and out to read (or work). The dining room table was a popular spot for jigsaw puzzles and the game room was perfect for watching sporting events and playing pool. This home is within walking distance to Harbour Town and the beach shuttle is just a short drive away. We received our check in instructions including Sea Pines passes in the mail two weeks prior to our trip. The management company is easy to contact via email and are quick to respond.

Place was great for three families to sprawl out! Awesome location in Sea Pines for bike riding all over. Kids had a wonderful time and we would definitely go back to Hilton Head Island. Unfortunately, the pool could not be heated in March and we took a chance with that going in but would not recommend going without a heated pool in March. This would be the only drawback to not staying at this house during spring break season.

We had a wonderful time in Sea Pines. My family has rented this home a few times and each time has been wonderful. The house is in a great location, clean and well maintained. Our kids love the pool. The property management company was also a huge help and quick to respond for any questions/issues we had during our stay.

Amazing week in SeaPines
House was perfect for a large family. Everyone had their space but plenty of space to congregate. So much to do at the house we didn’t have to leave to find fun if we didn’t want to. Heated pool was awesome, pool table and game table were used all week. Our large multigenerational family had a blast!

This property is the perfect Hilton Head retreat for a large group. The house is large with many bedroom options and so many fun things to do. We enjoyed the billiards table and covered pool every day during our stay. We appreciated the high end amenities this property provided. The Sea Pines community is peaceful and everything you would want to do is a bike ride away. We biked to the beach, restaurants, shopping, golf, and horse back riding. The management company is very responsive and great to work with. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

My family of five, as well as my in-laws and my brother-in-law's family of five, spent a wonderful spring break week at this beautiful and well-appointed home in Sea Pines. Everyone had their own space to sleep and with the multiple living areas, no one was ever on top of each other. The best part was the covered outdoor pool that we chose to heat for the week. What could be better than NOT having to constantly reapply sunscreen on six young children?! Sea Pines is a wonderful area of Hilton Head and one we hope to return to again. Five stars for this rental!

This is a beautiful house. I went with family and friends, 14 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The location was perfect. The pictures of this house were spot on. Pool was awesome and it did get a little cool after a storm but the manager had someone out right away to turn on heater after I requested it. The only thing i would suggest is more pots in kitchen. Whit a large group it would of helped. To say the least , we were all very happy and would rent it again.

Perfect place!
Traveled with 3 generations ranging from Age 87 to Age 7. House allowed our group of 11 to have ample space. We rented bikes and easily navigated the island. The covered pool was a big bonus, especially on rainy days. Being from Missouri, we were nervous to have an alligator living in the pond adjacent to the driveway, but it did not bother us a bit. Great stay! Highly recommend.

Great house for large gatherings
We had eight adults and three young children at the house for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The best part of the house is definitely the pool which is covered from the sun/rain and great for kids. The game room also got plenty of action. The foldout windows between the kitchen sink and the pool area was great for giving an inside/outside combo feel. The two best bedrooms are fantastic, though the other two are just okay.
The beach access was our only gripe. Public beach access is very limited other than via a trolley or bicycles. Not ideal for a large group with small kids.
Overall a great spot and would recommend to others.

Stayed here with another family and our kids. House was better then we could have expected. Tons of rooms and bed allowing everyone to have their own space but also large areas like game room and kitchen for everyone to gather. Both kids and adults had a blast using the heated pool. This was our first time to Hilton Head, house is close to lots of restaurants and activities. We rented bikes and went to the beach a few days. Overall very happy with the property.
