all the essentials were available in the kitchen. At night it was quiet.

not very welcoming at the beginning. We entered in a dark room and the first thing that we tried out went wrong: the coffeemaker from DeLonghi did not function properly with the pads from another brand. When complaining about it to the owner, we learned from him that we did not know how to make coffee with the machine and that all the other people had no problem with it; Complaints handling very poor!! Contact with owner, except from whatsapp, was non existing (covid being used an excuse for not showing up); The presentation of the venue on booking.com is not correct and embellished (and i have been booking quite a lot through this site until now). See the photo's of the so-called terrace or patio! (Rather optimistic to call it like that; looked more like a spare room between wall and ceiling). The place is not beachfront, but in a small street behind and with no direct view on the seaside. The house may be cosy in summertime, but definitely not at all in wintertime. Complaints handling should be professionalized instead of guilty-ing the client. Start listening instead of making people more upset or trying to fix the wrong things upon a complaint.

The flat was super big, closed to the beach and 5 min walk from the supermarket, bus station and ferry station to go to Graciosa. They had tea, coffee, chocolates and more for us. The internet is good and stable, we were doing home office and had no problems. The host were super nice and they allowed us to enter much earlier. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night.

The flat was perfect. There is nothing to say.

Really beautiful home nearby the seaside. The house is warm and clean. Enough space for a group of 4-5 people. Inside there's a courtyard where it's possible to hang laundry and chill with friends. The host Luis was superb: always present during the stay, ready to solve any problem. In short, I would definitely recommend this place.
