Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was good for my onward travel

The reception staff were not very customer friendly.

It’s value for money.

The hotel’s in a mall and doesn’t really have a lot to offer. Very basic hotel built for overnight stays, and not really for any leisure or “staycations”.

Check in process poor Staff unfriendly with no porter service to carry bags Sofa bed uncomfortable with no sleep Vegetarian food unfriendly Kitchen not stocked with not even spoons left Bathroom door lock broken Exorbitant cost for the suite room with no value for money paid

The staff was very rude. The bathrooms water flow was very bad All the bath water goes through the WC area making the entire area slippery and dangerous.

My Room was upgraded and made my stay more comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very courteous. Check in was done promptly. Like the spread of Breakfast too.

Breakfast was decent and the place was clean

Definitely not value for money
