5 of us stayed here for Elvis Week this year and it was PERFECT. The proximity to Graceland was wonderful (5 min drive) and the neighborhood is safe, and quiet. Memphis can have some iffy areas close to Graceland, but this location was excellent and we never felt unsafe. The owners have done a lovely job with the house and it suited our needs perfectly. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some more items like scissors, basic tools, umbrellas. etc. for guest use, but that did not take away from my overall satisfaction. Thanks Trisse! :)

We enjoyed our stay. House was very nice. Had some issues with the fridge but the owner did their best to resolve them.

The neighborhood is quiet but is not in a great part of town. The house was very clean when we arrived. If you are staying for a while and plan to eat at the house, you will probably need more supplies than what is there. But basic needs are met for sure.

I needed a staycation spot to recharge and break from caregiving and this suited my needs to perfection. Clean,well designed and designed. Quality furnishings. Mattresses super comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was heavenly. Buy maybe my favorite spot is the deck so quiet and soothing. Just what my body and mind needed. Street noise is minimal. I would book again without question! This property was close to Graceland which was a plus. The house was clean even though it is an older property. The neighborhood was a concern but we had no problems. Nights were quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place! With a lot of space. Property owner was very responsive. There is only one shower, and master bathroom is a tub that has a shower head. To use the shower it was complicated. Other than that I would stay again! It would be nice to stay when it’s not freezing so that the backyard can be enjoyed!

This spot was perfect for us! We played a few nights on Beale; the bunk room was perfect for the boys in the band & we still had room to invite family. It was great unwinding in the hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the ‘fireplace’ made us feel at home & all the TVs are streaming capable. So close to Graceland — overall the best of Memphis.

9 extremely funny women spent long weekend, laughing, sightseeing and gambling. The house was just perfect, great location, close to everything. We never felt like we were in any bodies way and T.V.'s in every room was a plus. The deck is great and the parking was plenty for all of us.

This was a beautiful home. So close to everything and perfect for our honeymoon. Very nice quite neighborhood.

It was a quiet neighborhood. I just wish everything was a little closer. I would definitely recommend this house!!

This property is very spacious and is exactly as described. Plenty of beds for sleeping, a lot of open space and a very quiet neighborhood. Easy to find, easy to access and lots of options for eating, pharmacies etc. nearby. Easy to access all attractions.

I loved this house ..we were in a peaceful neighborhood. I brought everything I needed so I didnt have to go out . The hot tub was nice and the backyard was so peaceful at night. It looked exactly like the pictures . Well definitely rent again. We were conveniently near the spots we wanted to go to like the casino and Beale Street so we didn't have to drive far . Check in was easy and check out .

We had a nice stay. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood as we were driving to the property. But we had no problems. On our last night there we had an tree fall on the property next door. The property manager was amazing when I called at 10PM and did her part to get the power company to come out ASAP and work on the power outage. Our biggest complaint was the hot tub was set at 105 when we tried to use it the first night, it took a day of being uncovered to get it cooled down to usable. The bunk beds were awesome as were the tv's in each room to make it easy to have some peace away from each other when needed.

Very spacious. Nice deck. Quiet, and comfortable. Very big yard. If you are bringing kids Make sure you bring games and toys for the kids.

Not impressed with Memphis at all, but if you need to go there this house is great!
